Useless and way over priced. Thankfully I called around after having them come out and test my system.
A/C broke in under a year and they wouldn’t even return my calls.
We have a 100 year old home and they offered a creative solution to our insulation issues. Adam and the whole crew did an amazing job and was easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We had a brand new heating and air unit installed in our new home in Collinsville, Ok. Initially it was working and once we moved in it was not working. We moved in over the weekend without A/C and the company was closed over the weekend. After looking over the system and all the valves we could not find a closed valve or reason why the unit wasnt working, heat or A/C so we called an independent HVAC technician over the weekend to assess the reason why a new unit would not be working correctly. The HVAC stated that the drain was not connected under the house in the crawl space and he would make a temporary fix but to have the polar bear jack company come back out and properly finish the job. The next week, during business hours we called polar bear jack tech to the house and neither my wife or I were home but our 17 year old son was home and he said the tech came by and said everything was ok. We called back and re- explained that we needed the drain to be properly connected and an independent HVAC tech had come out and made a temporary drain but it needed to be fixed permanently. The service representative for polar bear jacks then stated that they would have to give a quote and the proper installation of the drain was not in the contract (which doesn't make sense because and A/C unit needs a drain to be functional). I gave him our e mail and he said he would send a quote. By the next weekend I had not received any message from Polar Bear Jack and called them back the following week. They responded with a quote for over 300 dollars to install a drain which should have been installed correctly the first time. The service representative said he would talk to the owner to see if there was anything they could do and I e mailed back the next day wanting to do service with the company that installed my heating and air unit but never got any response. I was able to call the independent HVAC technician again and he fixed the problem polar bear jacks sloppy inst
An A+ Team! These folks are thorough, clean, and friendly. I had a furnace, condenser unit, and air handler system installed the day after I requested it for a fair price just before temps hit the 100s. And they answered all of my random questions along the way which is a big plus. Thanks again PBJ
Our 22 year old Trane a/c unit was needing freon and not cold. I contacted 2 companies, a Trane dealer and Polar Bear Jack. My sister referred Adam from Polar Bear Jack's. She had an American Standard hvac system installed by them. Never heard of that brand. But it didn't take long to find out Trane and American Standard are identical, manufactured same plant, just different logos. I contacted Adam from Polar Bear Jack, and his knowledge, customer service sold me. His crew was as good as he said. Hard working, skilled and professional. You can't go wrong with Polar Bear Jack's, Adam or his team.
Dustin bell immediately took care of us and the problem was solved within 24 hours. I'm ready to do another property with him ASAP!

Been using them for years. They always do a great job. Extremely professional staff, and personal service every time.
This is my go to company in the future! Adam came to my house and did a complete evaluation of what I needed done and spent considerable time drawing up the solutions to the problems my home ductwork had. Willy and Roberto worked in a cramped crawl space replacing my ductwork and were just as professional at the end as they were at the beginning. I have to mention Shai and Willy also dove in at the first of the project and made short work of pulling out the old damaged ductwork. I absolutely cannot think of a company that I would want to call when I need Any services that they provide.
Dustin and Willie did a great job spraying insulation on the ceiling in our shop. Courteous and professional.

Service is fantastic. Our heat pump stopped working on a cold Saturday night and the service manager (KC) was out within an hour to fix it. They even monitor and respond to e-mails immediately, even on weekends. The lady that called in response was super helpful and kind. I’m impressed.

Hotshot Electric was great to work with. I called many electricians and Hotshot Electric were the only company that called me back the same day. Many of the other companies did not call me back for 2 weeks. I talked with David and scheduled to get the job quoted. He came on time and was very professional. I received a quote for the electrical install later that afternoon. Once I approved the quote David reached out and we scheduled for the work to start. He sent two great electricians out to my house and completed the job. I am very pleased with our 50amp RV hookup at the house. I will be using Hotshot Electric again for any of my needs.
