Best in the business! Love these guys
Newest Update: New faces in the shop, been in a bunch more lately since the company I work for now does a lot of business with them. Experience has been way better. Updated to 5 stars. Always cool to see a business pay attention to their customer's feedback Update: Customer Service and Experience has been significantly better in recent months. I have updated my original 1 Star Review to 3 Stars and will continue to update in the future should I feel they have improved further. Original Review: I'm an HVAC technician working for a local contractor. We regularly do business here. From the moment I stepped in the door I felt unwelcome. Every time I come in here I get the feeling the employees can't wait til I'm gone. I recently sent someone in here to pick up a part for me and they refused to release the part to him because he was not himself a contractor even though he was there on behalf of my company. I will continue to do business with O'Connors only because I must. If there is ANY other way for you to get a part, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. O'Connors doesn't want your business, they don't care about you, they just want you gone. Don't believe me, walk in there one day. Bad Vibes all the way.
Drivers beware-overnight parking available but O’Connor refuses to allow a delivery driver access to the restroom. They unload ok, but the restroom issue is unacceptable. Do not deliver here is you have any say so in that matter. Drivers beware.
if your a contractor do not do any work for this people.. have been sending out a bill for the last 6 months! the contact name is Josh Winkle! but also have send out emails as well as normal mail.. they just dont care about paying..not a Honest company to do business with.
