The tech was very polite and knowledgeable. He troubleshooting my unit and found the problem and fixed it. I was very pleased.
Have had very good results doe over 10 years. Today Will was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend Mullins to anybody.

Tech, Tyler was friendly, informative & efficient in every aspect of the word. He explained in detail the cause of our issue we were experiencing with our unit as well as explained what measures he would be taking to correct the problem. Our unit has been running correctly ever since he finished the job. Great job Mullins!

Excellent service, would definitely recommend to others as well as reaching out in the future..( hopefully not though) lol.
We called Mullins because we heard a damper closing each time the A/C would power on. As luck would happen, there was no noise today when Mullins was visiting so we couldn’t find the source of the noise even though Alex tried his best. We will wait until something breaks or we discover where it’s coming from and have them return.
Came out to fix the AC unit within 45 minutes of me calling them!!
