Always great service and product selection.
Customer Service very lazy and seem like they hated their job .Definitely won't be back to spend my hard earned money here
Always has what I'm looking for
Appalling service. I walked up to the counter with a handful of pvc and waited for one of the 5-6 employees milling about to acknowledge me. Nothing. I mean they were actively working at not making eye contact. I eventually said “Hello?” only to be greeted with a gruff “Yeah.” and an awkward nod. I actually asked him what “yeah” means and was ignored. A woman stocking shelves nearby saw me and came to check me out. Unbelievable. I wanted to give my money to them instead of Lowe’s, but I guess I’ll continue searching for a local company to support. Edit: I gave two stars instead of one because the prices and selection were good.
Locke Supply Co has jacked up prices on air filters. What use to be $3-4 air filter is now over $10. Save your self money and order from Amazon. Same quality, cheaper price, plus it's delivered to your door which saves you money on gasoline.
Made us crack up when their sign literally says “customer service”. We needed help with PVC pipe and a project and the guys in that department talked to us like we were stupid, didn’t help us and were very rude. The lady working that department was so happy and friendly. Would have loved if the guys took a step off their high horse and actually provided customer service…

Recommend viewing they're online catalog... @lockesupply.com, before visiting if you are looking for something specifically it definitely helped me find what I needed and the items I was not able to purchase they knew were I could most likely get them researching helps alot especially since there are so many different varieties out there today. They are busy but you can usually find someone to help you that actually works there (unlike Lowe's and Home Depot), they also are able to order things in and have them the next day if the Distribution center in OKC has it in stock, and if its something they do not usually stock then they will contact they're buying team to find an item. I was surprised to find EXPLOSION PROOF appleton / Emerson products, Panduit printers, other industrial like items. Even the Lewis Avenue location had some of that stuff. I love shopping at LOCKE SUPPLY. Just an update from a year ago. I love WORKING AT LOCKE SUPPLY AS A PROJECT MANAGER(I love being able to own a part of this amazing company and invest my time and insights into it and watch it grow and teams evolve and new corporate positions being created every month one week there were 5 new positions that opened up and were filled within a couple of weeks. I also love that I can provide customer service to my most comfortable level of my knowledge while it grows everyday and if I do not know the answers LockeSupply.com has all the product specifications and vendor hyperlinks to our BETTER QUALITY products I can usually find all of my valued customers(any person that walks through our door) answers in a couple of steps and I am more than happy to print off the spec sheets for our customers to assist them in making they're best project and/or job decisions, I can do all of this before I even need to search the Google engine. Even better that if I keep striking out in my efforts to help my customer, I can ask one of my TRUSTED TEAM MEMBERS to HAPPILY ASSIST ME to acquire the process used t

I've always relied on Locke Supply over the years. If you are unfamiliar with them just know Locke will have higher quality, more in stock, and at better prices. You'll make one trip and be done.
