We have had very good service from Custom. We have been using them for 24 years. Alan was excellent. He was on time, found our air conditioner problem quickly and performed the required repairs. I highly recommend Custom.
Jeromy showed up on time and was very polite. He was able to make a quick, accurate diagnosis and had my unit running again in 10-15 minutes and the final bill was fair. I will admit we used another HVAC company to save money on a new system after being with Custom for 20+ yrs and we got what we paid for. After the new install we had a lot of damage to walls and doors which the other company did not want to fix. 5 yrs later they told us we needed a new furnace without doing a diagnosis. It turned out to be a faulty safety switch (rollout). Lesson learned, we are back with Custom HVAC.
Brian was very professional while also being both communicative and personable. I feel like he did an amazing job explaining to both myself and my wife what he was doing and why. We appreciated the seasonal check up for our system and are pleased with how it continues to cope with the Oklahoma heat. Thank you Brian!

Chelsea is awesome. She not only did a very thorough job servicing our 2 AC units, she identified and corrected an issue with our condensate drain at the attic mainline (vacuumed & flushed the drainline).
He told me things about maintaining my system I didn’t know. Also he pulled out an old gross washable filter that wasn’t noticed by the last person who serviced it.
Ryan was very nice and was able to tell me if there was a gas line for a new stove.

Greatly appreciated the fact that Jeremy took the time to figure out what was causing the AC condensation to build up and run outside of the drain pan into the garage. He noticed that large chunks of debris had fallen onto the A-Coil and was causing the condensation from draining properly which forced the water to go outside of the unit. Once the debris was removed, the concrete started drying out and the water began draining thru the drain pipe like it was supposed to.

Custom installed my new HVAC system 11 years ago & have been maintaining service for me every since. All of their Technicians have been very good to work with and keep everything in good running order. Brian Wilson was my Technician today, he was very informative and shared information about Air Purifier systems. Custom provides the best service! 5-23-2023 Today Alan Pfeiffer came to my home to see if he could resolve a reoccurring problem with my AC system. Alan checked everything out, all parts checked out good. The problem appeared to be a intermittent problem. Alan called on his 30+ years of experience and tried another issue which appears to have fixed the problem. Alan is a pleasure to work with. Special thanks to Bill Bailey, the service manager, for sending Alan for my problem.
