Caleb, the technician the came out for our routine a/c maintenance was great. He was kind and very thorough, taking his time make sure our entire a/c system was working properly. Highly recommend Caleb and air assurance
I called Air Assurance at 5am on a Saturday and they were at my house by 9am during a heat wave. A week later, I had an issue with my thermostat and they worked me in on a 100 degree day. Denton was my technician both times and he deserves 5 million stars and a raise. He also sent me a follow-up email containing a video of my A/C unit showing the problem and a second video showing it working. I really liked that level of transparency. Everyone I spoke to their was kind and informative.
Their man came out on a holiday weekend with no complaints and immediately found the problem & switched out the part. He satisfied us and our residents. Bravo!

When our hot water heater went out on a Friday night, we called Air Assurance Saturday morning hoping to have it repaired. It could not be repaired but they put a new one in on Monday. Thankful we did not have to wait any longer. The service man was very professional and polite.
Alex was great and attentive he got my AC units and gave me some great pointers. You can't go wrong with Air Assurance awesome!!!
Excellent service and professional work. Cody the plumbing technician was very friendly and took the time to explain all my questions and showed me the damage to the wax ring under the toilet. He went over different repairs and replacement options and estimates. I have had Air Assurance for years servicing my AC and heating units and now their plumbing services are outstanding.
I opened my kitchen cabinet and there was water everywhere. I called, told them what my problem was, they came quickly, explained the problem, the cost, and fixed me right up. The tech guy Drew was so kind, respectful, and had a great personality. I will definitely call them again!!
I have done a lot of business with air insurance. So i've met a lot of different tech. Not once have I been disappointed with their demeanor or the job that they did. Air insurance knows how to hire. The gentleman that showed up today was no different.

I've always had a great experience with Air Assurance and their heating/cooling maintenance plan. The workers are friendly, courteous, personable, prompt and thorough! I feel like they take good care of my system. Holden was no exception today!
I highly recommend this company. They came right out to give me an estimate it was fair and Jesse was very thorough and even went in the attic and provided video of damage. Three men came today right on time and installed my unit and left things just the way they found them. They were very professional and I’m very pleased with what I bought.
Had to have whole outside heat pump replaced, they all came and knocked it out of the park! They were so kind and friendly it was a great experience! Will always recommend them from now on as they have been nothing but nice, caring and exceptionally professional and down to earth friendly at the same time. Best experience we have had! Side note we had a smell coming into the house we didn't know what was and it came in after the AC was off and they stopped immediately and checked the attic and all air ducts in the house with camera's until we found out what was going on! Truly exceptional! Thanks Kyle!
Backed up kitchen sink , which I thought it was probably a 15 minute job, but no it took lots of professional commitment to resolving our problem. This was Enoc Gonzales last job of the day and I’ll just say “He was committed to resolving our issue above and beyond our expectations “. Couldn’t be more satisfied! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
There were several steps and several workers involved. We asked for A/C to be checked, technician came out, said we needed new air conditioner. Met with Jay, great guy, very helpful, professional, helped us pick out best deal. Took 2 days to install, great guys doing the work. Brian came out to check over the job. Very thorough. Recommend Air Assurance 100%
We signed up for the yearly maintenance plan and we are already impressed with the level of service. We had used a couple of different companies in the past and they didn't seem to resolve our issues. Rico came out and showed us that the services we had paid for weren't being done appropriately or at all. He made sure to take care of our entire cooling system and even made sure to show us how to properly utilize our thermostat. 10 out of 10, would recommend!
This was my first experience with Air Assurance. My technician, Josh, was super thorough, friendly and very professional. I believe that he has probably diagnosed an issue which would explain some of the problems I’ve encountered over the years. I just signed up for their ‘Preventative Maintenance Plan’ where the come out 2x per year to ensure everything is functioning properly. Great start to what looks to be a long term relationship!
