We recently changed our service to AireServ and we're glad we did! Today the a/c in our machine shop was blowing hot air. I called it in, and Dan & Jordan were here in 15 minutes! And, it was fixed and running in less time than that! Excellent service from these folks. I highly recommend.

I was recommended by this company because they are in the bixby chamber and the company I work for us also in the bixby chamber. Upon getting the service call Pam was great. They have a $100 service fee to come out and if you get services then they waive the $100 fee. When Craig came out he thought it was an easy fix and only charged me the service fee…. Well it was more than just an easy fix and they initially said it needs a full rewire when it didn’t. They recommended another blower which was $800 so we did that. Now they are saying we need a whole new unit. And there’s nothing they can do. I called another company and they said that it was a leak that caused it. Please be aware of this type of company because they’re not in this for the betterment of their clientele it’s all about the $$$ amount. It’s distasteful

Don’t use this company unless you want to be belittled or yelled at. Airserve replaced our AC 3 years ago with a Lennox unit. It has not worked very well since it was replaced. We've told them this every summer. This summer has been even worse than the previous 2. Some nights in our home have been brutally warm. They have been out here 6 times this summer and tell me "there's nothing wrong" even though the house frequently won't get cooler than 80 degrees on a 90 degree day. They came by today on a hot day it check out the system. Two people showed up to check it and were let in with my husbands permission. A few minutes later 4 more technicians came in. The apparent “owner” came out with this crew of guys. He started to yell at my husband in our living room about how there is nothing wrong. My husband told him he needed to leave since he was being disrespectful. He started to argue again. He was then told if they didn’t leave that police men were going to be called. We have cameras in our living room and entryway for safety. We told them this after the brutal tongue lashing we received. After that was said he responded with a “Oh I didn’t know that,” like he was caught red handed with proof of doing something wrong. I am thoroughly disappointed at how this company thinks that what they did today is good business practice.

This is the greatest company, couldn't ask for a more professional, knowledgable, or kinder person. I recommend them 100%. When no one else could help they did in a 4 hour window, same day. Great people. Had a guy come out yesterday to see if my ducts needed cleaning. He checked and told me they were fine. Took a quick look at my HVAC system and we talked about upgrading the unit. He was very informative and made it clear that he wasn't going to try and sell me anything I didn't absolutely need. Had a service call on my unit today. Filled my (almost empty) freon. Found a leak and now I'm waiting on an estimate for leak repair. Great customer service. Side note: The cost of freon is absolutely ridiculous.
