Updated from 4 years ago. Highly recommend. Josh installed new heat and ac units plus and extra vent for the bedroom. I'm really happy with the new upgrade. All the rooms are the same temp. I'm so very happy 😁 Just had my A/C serviced. I would highly recommend AIM. Very professional and very friendly.
Very nice people always comes out fix the problem doesn’t ever ask to upgrade my old system. Just fix the problem. And answers all your questions.

I've had a persistent problem for a couple years with my heater intermittently shutting off. They figured out the issue with my heater and it runs like a champ now.

I'm not sure if I got lucky with a cancelation, but I was able to get same-day service, both Josh and Chris (HVAC Tech) were friendly, professional, and didn't charge me for unnecessary services/repairs. Chris was very knowledgeable, answered several questions for my own knowledge and curiosity without hesitation, and taught me a few tricks to help me maintain my system to prolong the life of my system and save money on my electric bill. The Quality, Service, and Affordability is top-notch - Will be recommending them to Everyone I know looking for HVAC Services. We had a very good experience working with Josh of AIM Heat & Air. He was able to come out quickly to perform a system analysis when we first noticed issues with our existing older HVAC. He presented his findings and gave us several options on how to fix the existing system or install a new one, including correcting the ducting route to improve airflow to desired areas. We chose to go with new system install and Josh was able to get us scheduled, obtain the needed equipment and complete the work with his team in a reasonable timeframe. Josh was very respectful and had amazing communication during the entire process of the project and it was very refreshing that he was able to answer all technical questions we had as well as how to best maintain the new system. We will be recommending Josh and AIM to others in the future.

This place is AMAZING! Called last night (after hours) and the phone was answered in 2 rings. I explained that we had a power surge in Meeker and our ac had come back on, but it wasn't blowing cold air. The man I spoke with gave me detailed instructions on how to fix it over the phone and it worked! AIM was the 6th place I called and everyone else say they could come out next week and fix it. This didn't cost me ANYTHING! He could have done the same, but he didn't! We are making an appointment to have them come out and service both of our units next week. Due to the concern over us not having ac in 100 degree weather he fixed it over the phone. They definitely have our business from here on out!!! Unbelievable!
I’ve waited to do this review until after I had a second company come out and check my unit. Now it cooks decently considering it’s age. After this company came out and charge me $600 it was hotter in our home then when they started their work.called a different company different results! We have been cool for a few weeks now! 👎 to this company
Got my unit installed by Justin and josh.. they were very professional, and got us very good air flow with my new unit! We live in a trailer and my farthest room in my house finally is getting cold after 3 years! I’m so glad I switch my a/c repair men to them! Haven’t been this satisfied with my a/c in awhile. Thank you AIM Heating & Air!
