I switched from another company several years ago and I'm glad I did. My house requires two furnaces and two AC units, and they kept one of the systems alive for about 6 years after another company said I had to replace it - so when Farris said it was time for a new one, I trusted them. And when I need a repair or seasonal service, they are always prompt and professional.
We’ve done business with Farris for years , this year for my business I called 3 times as I was told each time I would be put on the schedule, they did show up on the third call and took care of us and quoted a new unit that needs to be replaced. I called them again for my home as our unit is failing and they never showed up or called . Not sure what happened but they have lost the 5 ton unit that I would need at the business and also my home as they never showed or called . I would be out of business if I ran it like this .

AWESOME SERVICE on the coldest day of the season. Heater stopped working. Farris was here within 30 minutes. Luckily, he had the heater fixed within 15 minutes. VERY POLITE serviceman. I won't call anyone else!
Great service. New furnace and unit installed and working great. Would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work for sure.
Amazing customer service. Had an issue with heat not kicking on. From the phone call it took them 20 minutes at 7pm on a Friday. They are awesome! Levi did great thanks again
They were great! The service was excellent and we appreciated them coming out so quick as our air conditioner had quit and we were having 100 plus temperatures. I would definitely recommend them.
EVERY COMPLAINT ON THIS IS FROM SOMEONE WHO IS NOT A REGULAR CUSTOMER.SOMEONE THAT CALLED AFTER HOURS ON 100 PLUS DEGREE DAYS AND WAS UPSET WE DIDNT RESPOND WELL ENOUGH. IF YOUR A REGULAR CUSTOMER WE DO OUR BEST AND 99.9% OF TIME WE GET YOU THE SAME DAY YOU CALL. IF YOU'RE CALLING EVERYONE IN THE BOOK BECAUSE YOUR GUY WONT ANSWER WE WILL TRY TO GET YOU AFTER OUR REGULAR CUSTOMERS ARE SATISFIED! WE ANSWER OUR PHONE NO MATTER WHAT. IVE BEEN TOLD OVER AND OVER YOU ARE ONLY ONE THAT ANSWERED OF ALL I CALLED. THAT AGAIN DOESNT MEAN WE WILL GET YOU RIGHT THEN IF WE'VE NEVER WORKED FOR YOU BEFORE. IF WE ARE NOT BUSY WITH REGULAR CUSTOMERS WE WILL ACCOMADATE YOU GLADLY!
Grateful there are other business in town that don't mind sending a worker out after 5 on a friday.. And to say we were "lucky" the phone was even answered at the time we called. Very unprofessional
Excellent service from phone to finish. Service was performed as scheduled on time, thoroughly, quickly and with a smile. These guys try hard to be the best and it shows!
Had them come out to replace my system. They were courteous, on time, and did a very clean install. They had my system replaced before others in town even called me back. I would highly recommend this company!
It was installing of water line /drain that was total wrong! Water needs to flow downward not upwards several turns in a short distance. Causing over flow and backup. The clean out line was behind and very Difficult to reach. Should have been near the front to access it. It cost damage to the lower parts flooding Rusting and eventually replacing the fan motor which was not cheap! The Wrong size unit leaving a sloppy framing to rehang the Furnace closet door. Totally unprofessional.
They were friendly and professional. Responded quickly. Definitely will use again. Highly recommend.
Worse cold spell we have had in years. I called Farris at 8:00 am and they were here by 8:30 am. Checked the Heater fixed it and gone in 30 minutes. Not nearly as bad as i thought it would be. Jerry Sanders
This company has set the standard for Heat and Air work in the Bartlesville area for decades!.The quality of work is above all and the price you cannot beat!.I would highly and always recommend Farris Heat and Air!
Honest and hardworking people with a lot of experience! I hate to see bad reviews. If you have a problem, contact the owner and I promise he will make it right.
They have taken over 4 months to fix a problem. We are still waiting to hear from them after numerous calls.
I called yesterday at 6 am and left a message. I got a call back that hung up after 2 rings (hung up when I answered). When I called right back, the woman I spoke to was rude but said they would call me back that afternoon. Called them back at 3 pm and she didn’t even answer with the business name and again rude. Said they were busy with what they have already but that they would call me back. It is now almost 24 hours later and I have yet to get a call back. My heater wouldn’t stay on and my kids were cold excuse me for being irritated. Thank God Accurate Heating and Air came to my house with in 20 minutes of my call. So, Farris don’t bother calling me back.
