Completely satisfied from first phone call scheduling the estimate to last handshake with the 2 gentlemen that completed my AC/furnace install. Everyone was professional , knowledgeable and respectful. They offered a great deal on an AC/furnace install and I couldn't refuse. Ben was very professional and thorough in the trouble shooting process to discover the real issue we were having. He was able to assess almost immediately what the issue was based on the system readings and what he saw at the evaporator coil, and we appreciate the extra time he took to create a temporary fix to test and verify he was correct. The temp fix also gave us time until the new system can be installed. Ben was also very knowledgeable and provided several options for us with no pressure sales tactics; he just wanted us to be happy and go with the solution we were most comfortable with. We appreciate that. Great company and we highly recommend them!
Doing lawn work the electric to the ac was accidently cut. I called for help and Charlie who answered my call was very kind and reassuring that the company could help me and take care of my issue. She gave me an appt. window of the next 4 hours that someone would be there. Within 15min of the first hour of the window Jeff called and said he was on his way. I really appreciated the extra effort to get to my issue quickly. He knew I was upset and was able to arrive quickly and fix the problem. He gave me information and a great pricing quote on a newer system as mine is old, if I choose to replace. Great customer service! I will definately reccomend and use this company in the future.
I've used this business twice and I have nothing that nice things to say about them and their technicians that are serviced my home. They were professional and courteous and considered all options for me when looking over my system. Based on the options available I chose to replace the unit and with financing available it was easy and straightforward and now I have new air conditioning for the house to keep my family comfortable.
I thought that 5 star might have been a gimmick in advertising, but after the exceptional service and professionalism of each member of their team, I can honestly say this company lives up to their name. I had a completely new A/c and furnace installed and have had one service call in the last year. They are a truly 5 star company!

Very professional and explains everything about the A/C that needed completed. Even suggested and installed a hard start kit for my unit to preserve the life of my capacitor so it wouldn’t work so hard. Thank you!

Fantastic crew. Was on time and out 6 hours later. Excellent install crew. Fast efficient, got rid of all the old gear and and left nothing for me to clean up. Answered all my questions. Great value for the money, fast prompt response and follow ups. Will definitely use in the future to do any more upgrades and programmed maintenance.
I am retired, disabled veteran and these people went above and beyond to fix my system. I will recommend this company to all I know. Just generally nice people a trait we need more of.
A great experience yesterday with XH&A. Our gas heater would not spark and kept on blowing fuses. Cody came within the time window we had been given that same day. A very knowledgeable young man who explained everything he was doing and had the problem diagnosed within an hour. My wife appreciated him wearing protective booties inside the house and I enjoyed talking with him and watching a master at work. It was such a positive experience we signed up for the year maintenance plan. Thanks again, you kept us from bringing the grill inside! Lol
