We purchased the CAIRFree Heating and Cooling Maintenance membership (2 years in a row) for $380 each year and they refused to honor the terms of the agreement, leaving us with no AC for over a week. We’ve been a loyal customer through several homes and many years, so we are very disappointed in how we have been treated.
Was a really nice guy, came in between the time slot I chose and was quick to fix the problem. Really appreciate how nice the whole process was from the phone set up to the actual fixing. Would recommend .
Had Reggie out to service my HVAC and he did a great job. On time and very professional in his actions.

4th of July emergency! Water was coming out of the HVAC and in the house. Emergency team contacted me a couple hours after my initial call to say they were coming over in 15-20 minutes. Tech came over and diagnosed the problem and explained the issue. Unfortunately a few hours after he left, water started coming out again. Another tech came out at almost 11pm at night, he worked hard to make sure we were bone dry before he left. Very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. Could have been upset with the fact that water came back after the first tech, but the second tech came out and fixed the problem (fingers crossed). Any future issues, hopefully none, I will call them for sure!!
Had annual air conditioning check completed today by Jay Lindsey. Jay arrived on time and completed the check efficiently and was very pleasant to deal with.Have used Buckeye for many years and will continue to use.
I can’t say enough good things about the crew who installed my new attic air conditioner! The process was explained, and the work areas thoroughly staged and prepped. The install crew was very considerate of house and property, there was good communication throughout the install and when all was said and done, the place was left clean and the new air conditioner is purring smoothly! I should also add that my attic is in a house built around 1850 and the install was definitely challenging but Buckeye Heating and Cooling did an outstanding job! All the guys were super nice and polite, too! I definitely recommend this business to anyone but especially to people with tricky installation requirements.

Incredibly dishonest company. Technician came to my house and spoke with my wife. Constantly forced pictures of his pets and hobbies to her in a very inappropriate way. Quoted $1600 for a repair of a unit under warranty which we were able to get replaced for under $300. He was supposed to send a quote, but never did. I called to cancel, telling the representative that I thought they were price gouging, and was simply told “ok, it’s taken care of”. The end. Can’t imagine doing business with this company or allowing another tech into my home. Shameful business policies and inappropriate behavior.
I have their maintenance service so when my air conditioning stopped working on a Friday evening I requested an appointment on-line and they texted me to set up a visit on Saturday morning. Cody was very nice and knowledgeable.
Collin Pugh was fabulous. Have not had good technician luck since the new management came in. Others not as full service for annual maintenance clients as before. I will ask for him next service visit! The 5 star is for him , not for the last year or so .. which I would have to rate 2 star. I was thinking of going elsewhere till this visit 6/23
Outstanding customer service. Salesman took time to explain all the products and was no high pressure sales tactics. Service techs were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.
Very professional got it all his eyes, and cross his tease to make sure my AC and furnace was running properly was very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism
I opted not to have the AC repaired after hearing options and due to its age. Took time to thoroughly explain all issues.
Christina the technician was very nice. Service tune-up on the furnace and air conditioner. That went fine. Had her also look at the Aprilaire home humidifier as it was not working. They determined it was a bad Solenoid valve. Quote to replace the $25 valve was $544. This is completely unacceptable and price gouging. It takes no more than 15 minutes to remove and install a new valve. This is not Christina’s fault, as she is only providing quotes that her IPad and company system provides. I told her NO on the valve. I was then charged $141 service fee on the humidifier unit to determine the solenoid was bad and replace the Aprilaire filter which I already had a brand new extra one at the house.
Buckeye Heating and Cooling has serviced my furnace and air conditioner for 16 years. The techs are considerate and knowledgeable and I have always been pleased with their service. I will purchase new equipment from them then the time comes.
We lost both heating and cooling. Buckeye came out immediately and found the blower had failed. They were here two days later to install a new blower and we are back in business.
Buckeye Heating & Cooling was a great experience. Kyle our tech worked on our home and a rental condo we own. He was professional, timely and kept us informed on the services he was performing and why. We previously had a local HVAC firm that is all over TV and radio and promotes making their customers happy. We had a service contract with them and almost every time we were to get our fall and spring checkups they cancelled at the last minute. I even called to point out how many times they had cancelled routine check ups that we had already paid for in our service contract and they had no excuse other than techs get sick sometimes. Not so many times that a fall check gets cancelled twice and was to happen in January and they cancelled that one as well. Enough is enough. We have switched to Buckeye Heating and Cooling for our service contract and cannot be happier with their level of performance. We would highly recommend them.

Such an easy process start to finish! Kyle Kidd gave me a quote for the new system and was so professional and explained everything very thoroughly. Customer service over the phone was so kind and helpful with setting up the appointment. The two guys that did the install were on time and efficient. They did a really great job. Highly recommend!
