Beau was absolutely amazing. We had an older air conditioner, and he went out of his way to find a local part that would fit, so that we didn't have to order one and wait in 90 degree weather.
Always on time and very professional. Jared was a pleasure to work with.

Charlie was prompt and thorough. And despite being unfamiliar with a long lost technology (ceiling radiant heating), he was able to diagnose and explain his discoveries confidently and reasonably. Also very informative and professional!
I am very happy with the service provided by Beau and his co-worker. I felt that he had my best interests at heart, and wasn't just trying to upsell me. I appreciated the efficiency, having all the necessary parts available so no need to make a second trip. Very professional, great service. Westland service tech Kelly was great to work with. He quickly assessed the issues with our air conditioning unit and completed repairs. We will plan on using Westland for future HVAC service.
I called today because of a clogged drain. The response was within 30 minutes. Justin was the technician and he was very professional from the start. He explained everything and cleaned up after the work was completed. I am so pleased with the experience that I signed up for their continuous service plan. I will recommend them to everyone.
Had an issue come up on a recently installed AC unit. They had Garrett out within an hour of my call (in the evening). He was able to find the fault and had me up and running in maybe a half hour if that.
I would NOT recommend Westland Heating, AC, and Plumbing. I hired them to fix a broken and collapsed drain pipe in my yard that was causing a backup of water from my sump pump and downspouts. After locating the break, the two plumbers dug down to repair it. They discovered that the collapse extended for about 15 feet. They stated that this would entail too much digging by hand and would call the excavator from their company to dig out the rest of the pipe. The excavator initially set a date to come to the house, but then changed his mind and declined the job. So I spent $416.00, and my problem is no closer to being repaired that it was before they came out. Not because the job was too difficult, or because they were too busy, but because the excavator didn’t feel like doing the work. I have no problem with the plumbers who made the service call, but the company did not give me my money’s worth. This is a company that cares more about grabbing your money than doing the job they were hired to do.
Our sump pump died in the night and we've used this company before for our furnace. They came exactly on time and was out the door within an hour with a new sump pump. Very understanding and professional work.
Westland did an outstanding job for us on a fairly complicated project. They were very professional, always on time, and cleaned their work space at the end of the day. The final result was perfect. Danielle in the office is a real plus - a great communicator, friendly, and organized. Thanks to the Westland team for a great job and great value.
