They installed new units in Fischer Homes community at the Ravines of the Olentangey in Delaware county. These units by Goodman are cheap and didn't last a year. Many residents have reported that they have had to either replace or fix their units. Westin should of known better to install these cheap units in a new housing community. Some units were poorly installed.
We have used this company 4 times for our geothermal and Seth has been our service person three times. He is excellent and honest, and I never feel like this company tries to upsell me. The ladies in the office are so friendly and upbeat. They do a fantastic job of calling to let me know expected arrival of the technician. We won’t go anywhere else.
Westin Air has been servicing our HVAC system for a number of years. I’ve always found them to be honest, trustworthy, and never pushy. When our A/C finally died, they offered us a fair price, showed up exactly when they said they would, and demonstrated great care and professionalism in our home. I highly recommend them to everyone!
This was a great experience from start to finish! My AC system broke, and Kathy was here within an hour or so to take a look and give me a quote on a couple of options. After some due diligence of getting quotes and recommendations from 3 other companies, I choose Westin Air. Very impressive install. Everything is neat and clean, and I think they left my basement cleaner than they found it! Bottom line is great response, great service, a great system all at a great price!
I highly recommend Westin Air Heating and Cooling!!! They came out for a quote same day, and the next day they installed our new air conditioner. They give you 3 options to choose from, I chose the middle option. They were quick, friendly, and effective. Much more affordable than Sears!! Thousands cheaper than Sears quoted me. The installation was done as promised. Installers spent time to make sure things were done properly. The office did a great job handling all the questions and paperwork.

I had a tech at my house this afternoon who checked my HVAC which made extra noise and would not work when turned on cooling .He spent one hour and could not figure out what the issue was and worked away with diagnostic fee of $189. I felt that I just wasted my money and my time with someone who could not tell what the issue was and informed me to contact the actual company who installed my unit 13 years ago who will be able to tell me what the issue could be ?
Westin's crew did a very clean install of our new mini-split, even with a difficult interior run. I've used them previously on a geothermal installation, and they're always thorough.

Our property has 3 different HVAC systems that have all been installed and maintained by Westin Air (installed/replaced at different times). We are all electric and heat pump technology has come a long way since our first install of the Trane unit in 2013 by Westin Air. I have continued to be impressed by the installation teams who provide the highest quality installs and by the service professionals who always seem to go above and beyond. It can be hard to find reliable and dependable contractors. I am most impressed by our Daikin and Mitsubishi heat pump units which were installed much more recently via Westin Air. The Daikin unit was the most recent (fall of 2022) and it truly is a phenomenal unit. I did my research and found that Daikin is used very heavily in Europe and Asia. While Daikin does not have the brand name recognition here in the States, do not let that sway you. The build quality equals or exceeds in some areas when comparing it to the other units we have on our property. Do not hesitate to work with Westin Air and the products they recommend!
The sales contact at Westin was very responsive to the questions I had when I was evaluating proposals from several HVAC contractors. I'm very satisfied with the installation. The installers paid a lot of attention to details, and everything looks very tidy. In particular, they reworked the PVC vent lines, eliminating low hanging pipes that we used to bang our heads on. They also reworked the plenum above the furnace and some ducts attached to it, to increase headroom in the basement. The inspector even commented to me that we had a high quality installation. The installers are very skilled and conscientious. They were very personable and good communicators. They all seem to enjoy what they do and take a lot of pride in their workmanship. I would highly recommend Westin.
Cathy is responsive and informative providing quotes, details and great pricing. The install team is personable, hard-working, professional and great guys. Highly recommend! This is the 2nd house I have replaced my complete HVAC and they beat every quote with higher quality materials and products. Don't trust anyone else! This is definitely the company to use for repairs and new purchases.

Super happy with these guys! Helped us out when we were struggling to find a geothermal tech. Full coil replacement on a Water Furnace Envision. Techs were well trained and friendly. Hopefully won't have to call again anytime soon, but when we need AC work done, they will be who we call.
Great technicians! Scheduled me for the following day after call. They arrived on time and the technicians were very professional. The price for repairs were fair and reasonable. They fixed the problems on the initial visit. This is after 3 other companies came out and never fixed the issue.
This place is great. They scheduled me in because my AC unit wasn't working at all and the house was an oven, but it wasn't until the next day. I was starting to get frustrated from the electricians that I thought had caused it as they just did major electrical work the day prior, so I called Westin back up to see if they could get to me today. They called me back after moving the schedule around and got me in! Electricians came out unexpectedly after telling them I wasn't happy and got it running again before Westin's tech arrived. When he did, I told him that we had already got it and the tech said he'd have to charge me for the drive but called the main office first. Came back saying I didn't have to pay anything at all despite coming out and I think that is amazing customer service. I was fine with paying as it was time spent getting to my place, but they took care of me and went beyond all my expectations. Definitely using them in the future for HVAC issues.

Seth diagnosed and fixed a problem with my geothermal system that 2 other companies were unable to do. All done in less than 30 minutes, with no costs besides the initial diagnostic fee. Very fast, efficient, and professional. I will definitely use Westin Air again, thanks to the service Seth. Thanks again Seth!
Three installers came out to install 5 new Daikin mini splits. I am abandoning my previous system of propane furance, heat pump and duct work in the attic because we always were getting duct from the attic no matter what i did to try to seal the duct work causing asthma and allergies for my wife. Duct work in attic is not a good idea, also very wasteful. So mini splits were the best option since duct work in the basement was going to be very difficult. So far the heat they produce is extrememly warm. My house has never felt warmer than it does now. Very quiet, comfortable, quality units. Even heats down to negative 13. Westin installers were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and considerate of the work and of my home. If you need something, not sure which way to go with your heating cooling, call. Its a great business. Every contractor is struggling to get enough workers right now. Westin Air has some really great workers, and the office staff was a pleasure to deal with.
