Dustin was on time and very proffesional. He had our AC fixed no time. The pricing was reasonable. Should the need arise, I would call TropiCool again.
They were brought in to help remedy an issue caused by our electrical contractors. Were prompt, quick, and professional throughout the entire endeavor. Kept us comfortable and were polite throughout the entire process. If we need new HVAC stuff, will absolutely get a quote from them as part of our normal process. Very happy.
AMAZING!!!! Had a new high efficiency furnace and A/C installed at my house replacing the original almost 40yr old system. Aaron and Hector were wonderful to work with (according to my wife). They even texted me with answers to questions that I had written on paper for the day of installation. They cleaned everything up before they left, hauled all the old equipment, boxes for new equipment, etc. away when they were done. I got an email confirmation for my appointment, then a text message the morning of confirming the appointment. I even got a text when the guys were on their way, so I was able to let my wife know. I highly recommend this company if you're searching for an HVAC company. Friendly and professional from start to finish.
The pilot light on our hot water heater needed a re-start on a late Saturday afternoon - we were at a complete loss - Brian got on the phone with us and very patiently and professionally walked us through the re-start process. Saved our weekend!! Great service!!
Our furnace was fixed......at an unreasonable price! We were charged $1013 for a blower motor and no one has this part for not more than $250. In addition, we paid $575 to have our fan cleaned which was done outside our home just hosing it off. Our total cost was $1702. Technician was nice and polite, but feel like this company really took advantage. We just feel that it was cold outside and definitely price gouging!!

I had plumbing leak in my basement just before New Years Weekend and right after the cold weather when many people had their pipes busted. I got Trevor Wells contact through my neighbor. I actually got a permission to text him to show the issue on late night and he responded, communicated, instructed me what to do. He promised to come out the next day and fix the problem. The office was great with coordinating the appointment. Trevor came early, fixed the problem in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, explained the issue. The site that he had to fix looks cleaner now then the original joint that the builder did. I would definitely recommend Trevor Wells and this company in the future. Thank you.
Service tech arrived early. Was very courteous and made a fast diagnosis of the problem. However, he recommended an prohibitively expensive repair or total system replacement. Another company found the source of the problem, corrected it and replaced a compromised part. The system is now working well again.
Appreciated their responsiveness to give our issue attention on Christmas Eve. Chad was very professional and helped educate me on the general operation of my furnace.
Trevor was Great! But I've used World Class a few times and have ALWAYS had a great experience!!
Our service representative, Todd, was prompt, friendly, informative and professional. He explained what he was doing and why and what we should care for our furnace in the future. We were especially grateful to see him as we had no heat and temps were in the 20's. Thanks, Todd!
The service tech, Chad, was excellent!! I rate the company only three stars due to the price they charged to replace the gas valve on my furnace. The charge was $842.00 for the gas valve and installation. However, the gas valve retails on Amazon for $85.00.
I had an appointment today 9/7/22 with a plumbing issue and Trevor Wells came to my residence. He was very professional showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about all my plumbing concerns. I would definitely request Trevor again for any future plumbing problems that I may encounter. Great company to do business with and very reasonable pricing. A++++
I recently replaced my electric HVAC system (heat pump and air handler) with World Class Services. Overall, my experience was professional and very straightforward, especially compared to some of the other HVAC companies that I reached out to. Todd, the technician who replaced my old system, was diligent and efficient--all the work was done in a day. I also worked with Bryan, the manager, to discuss different HVAC options, he was very helpful and not pushy. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
On time, professional, courteous and installed water heater in time promised. Explained options and did not try to force me to make a decision on buying new or repair. Fantastic customer service by the two technicians who came to our home to perform install. Highly recommend.
They exceeded my expectations. They performed a clean move of an old AC unit. Very satisfied with the work. We recently had a new AC installed. Shane was a very good tech. The people are the reason you stick with World Class. I always felt like they were looking out for my best interest.
We needed a plumber preferably the same day. We called and Deborah was so upbeat and positive and said she would check with service team in the field. She called back in 10 minutes and had a plumber scheduled for later in the day. Todd arrived, master plumber for 30 some years. Great personality and went right to work. Had the parts we needed and completed the repair in half hour. Excellent experience.
Have had Todd out twice and very happy both times. We have a residential boiler (already installed when we bought the home) and it is difficult finding someone who knows what they're doing.
Bryan was extremely professional and explained to us all of our options when our A/C went out. He advised us that our system was able to be repaired and it wasn't a done for! Needless to say, they made the repair and we couldn't be happier. Were finally cooled back down and so thankful for World Class Services and their team. The service really was a World Class Experience. They are our now our go-to HVAC and Plumbing company! Thank you!
Todd was great and we were thrilled that World Class Services could fit us in on the same day for a minor emergency. He arrived early and got our water heater ventilation system fixed. It was in a very sad state, and by the time he was done it was looking and working great. Would recommend.
