Totally satisfied show up fast an fixed our furnace.
This company was very professional saved me alot of money when everyone else only wanted to sell me a new furnace, the guy who showed up spent 10 minutes looking at my furnace went to his truck and replaced the part. On the spot heat hasn't worked this good since we moved in , very affordable!
I called and said hello, mentioned my name, told her I'm in Westerville, and asked why they have a low review rating. I personally care about who is in my home. The woman I spoke with never told me her name, and said "sir I get a lot of calls and I'm just not interested." I replied, "So you don't care what people think of you?" She then hung up, so who knows, maybe they're great, or maybe they don't give a rip.
These people are a joke. I don't even know how they run a business. We were on a period ice machine cleaning schedule for 3 restaurant locations in which they stopped showing up and never called to inform us they couldn't come out. I called and spoke with the front desk lady 3 times asking her to have someone call me back which she assured she would but I never received a call. After a month or so someone else in my company was able to get a hold of someone and made an appointment for ice machine cleaning which they never showed up for and didn't even call to inform us they couldn't make it. I'm not sure what's going on with them but they seem to be very disorganized and don't really care about their customers.
Could not have been happier with this service. Furnace stopped working, they were the first place I called because they were close to my house. About 90 minutes after I made the call my furnace was fixed, and for a very reasonable price.
