Kieffer’s Heating and Cooling v2.0 is amazing! They have been to my house on multiple occasion for a furnace repair and A/C tuneup. Both experiences were wonderful! Very knowledgeable and walks you through every step so you know exactly what is being worked on/repaired!
Keiffer was amazing and detailed about what steps he took throughout the whole process of my AC installation. It was also reasonably priced for the quality AC I purchased. He also took firther steps beyond to ensure I had the best quality airflow in my home, along with making several recommendations on how I can maintain and increase the lifespan of my AC unit. I appreciate the service and will be coming back. 5 stars!
I can't say enough good things about Kieffer and his complete dedication to being the best there is in the HVAC game. We've used Kieffer for a long time and found there's simply no one better. First, he sends notifications as to when you can expect him - AND THEN HE SHOWS UP WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL BE THERE! We all know some of those other technicians out there that say they'll be there during a time block they specify, only to not show up for hours later, or even the next day. He's communicative and sensitive to scheduling needs - what a great start to what is usually a stressful experience for a homeowner. Once Kieffer gets to work, he does thorough inspections, finds the current issues (and often others from original install issues or other service technicians who cut corners), and offers practical solutions and thoroughly explains why. He uses all of the latest state-of-the-art tools and techniques, and it's apparent he doesn't rest on his laurels, as he is always researching and learning how to improve. We had a mini-split ductless system that had multiple issues, and though I was asking him for a repair, he recommended a total replace. He was careful and thorough and provided ALL of the detail as to why he recommended a new system, but still reluctantly offered to do a repair. He offered 3 options and quotes for each one. Having used Kieffer before and never having ANY of his work fail on us, we trusted his expertise and went with the new system. He right-sized it for our home (the other heat pump wasn't the right size) and was very fair on pricing when compared with a quote from another outfit for a system that wasn't properly sized or the same brand that we wanted (Mitsubishi is the only way to go for the ductless systems!). He told us about all kinds of options on these systems, but did not try and upsell anything we didn't want or need. Kieffer went through and not only replaced the heads and heat pump, but re-ran the drain lines, put the heat pump up on

I hired Kieffer to diagnose my furnace that wasn’t wanting to turn on. I talk to multiple of the “big guys” and I felt hassled for my money. No one wanted to talk when I tried explaining the problem and they were extremely hasty to get someone out and deal with it them. I came across Kieffer and after the first call I knew I wanted him to come over and take a look. That first phone call he was talking me though trouble shooting and really trying to gauge what the problem was before he came out. Once he was here he tore my furnace down and really examined it fully! To me the best part was he explained everything he was doing step by step and taking pictures to show me exactly what he was talking about! He was able to diagnose the issue fix it, and he even found more troubled areas that would be a problem down the road that wouldn’t have been found if not for his extremely thorough examination and fixed those as well! When the job was done he showed me areas to look for as far as maintenance which is extremely helpful for me being a first time home owner and only owning my house for a year! Kieffer is amazing at what he does and is extremely knowledgeable in his trade and he will be the only person I use from here on out for all my HVAC needs! Definitely get in touch with him!!
As I was looking for a quality HVAC company to finally diagnose and fix my HVAC system once in for all, I came across Kieffer’s Heating/cooling. I could not be happier with my decision to go with him. Kieffer not only found the issues with my system, he walked me step by step on exactly what he was doing, and how he would complete the needed repairs. Kieffer did a phenomenal job in completing the agreed upon work. Will use Kieffer for any future problems I might run into, very reasonable prices!

Great guy, nice local company. I called him up told him my heat was blowing out cold he said hes on way. He got to my house did a quick look at it knew what was wrong with got it fixed. No problems at all, hes my new heat / a/c guy. Happy with it all

Kieffer was wonderful! From start to finish, he was professional and never left me wondering anything. The system he recommended is far better than I imagined! It looks and works fantastic. He is meticulous and it shows. He also followed up with me through the entire process. I cannot recommend him enough!!

Kieffer and his father were such an amazing help to me. They showed up when they said they would and I've never seen a person love their job more! He was very thorough and very fair. I had my AC installed by another company several years ago and Keiffer showed me the shortcuts they took. They have a lot of diagnostic tools which make me feel better as it is not their opinion, rather data driven. I already referred him to my friends
Kieffer's is Awesome in more ways than I can say. I called and he responded within minutes. He was out to my home within an hour. A thorough evaluation was done of our AC and the problems we had going on. He took his time and completed a diagnosis of the problem. Kieffer showed us details of what was going on with the unit. He provided us options and fix our problem within hours. Kieffer work is high quality and it makes you feel confident in his work. Choose this business to have professional and quality work done. Kieffer was the most knowledgeable repair person I've "ever" had work for me! He was on time. Friendly. Courteous. Had a collection of electronic test equipment that I wasn't even aware existed. Found the problem PDQ, Had the right replacement part and fixed it in no time. He even checked for potential problems that could develop later on. When he left I felt confident that my system would be be working "Top Notch" way into the future! Kiefer knows his stuff!!!! Oh, and his prices are in line, he won't rip you off by using cheap China parts!!
Kieffer came out for an issue with my AC and was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem. My AC coil was dirty and clogged and he cleaned and made sure it was running efficiently when he left. He also took his time to explain and give direction how I can clean the HVAC unit myself. Kieffer took his time with a follow up call a few days later to make sure the AC was still running ok and that I was not having anymore issues. I would highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC service.
