Had the unfortunate experience of loosing my heat the eve of Christmas Eve with -9 degree temperatures outside. Woke up on Christmas Eve to home at 55 Deg, this was going to derail my wife's carefully thought out and planned Christmas. Fortunately, we were able to reach United Heating & Plumbing and they saved our Christmas!!! They were out to see us the same day fixing our problems. We owe our saved plans to Matt and Raul. Single handed saved Christmas!!! Thank you so much!!!
Fantastic experience. They were very professional, thoughtful, personable and their attention to detail was perfect. I recommend them for all your servicing needs.
There is competence, price, and service. One is lucky to get two out of 3...but these guys have all 3. Highly recommended.
There are HVAC guys, there are plumbers, there are electricians, there are commercial refrigeration people- but- few all in one. United H&P is different than any of those other companies because they have a leader who is certified as a master of all those trades. Unlike others who can just plug in a replacement board to repair your HVAC system- they can actually diagnose and repair at the board level. Even the most screwed up installs by someone else- can be salvaged by these guys. I've recommended them to others who have been told their whole system needs to be replaced at a cost of $10K and United fixed it for under $500. I've also had them out at 11pm doing a service call when my A/C was out- not at a premium rate- but, just because they were that busy and working to keep their customers cool. Can't recommend them enough.
