We'd been having issues with our C/A, and Hey Neighbor sent out Ryan. He was absolutely fantastic! Ryan treated us like real neighbors all while being very professional and respectful: answering our questions, working quickly and efficiently, and just being a very nice guy, in general!! So I got an estimate, I was getting out the shower, didn’t know he was on his way (didnt call) no big deal whatever, I get out 1-2 minutes after he got there said he was done. Havnt even talked to the guy yet. Took him all of 8 minutes (including going back to his truck to find a card). Told me when you do furnace and ac together you save 1700-1800$ then told me if I installed just the furnace is was 4500 and then just ac also 4500. Then told me it was gonna be 8700$ to do both. I don’t have a math degree but 9000-8700 is 300 not 1700. He said he was gonna email me the quotes, took down my email, never emailed them to me. Just absolutely poor service. No exaggeration when I say he wasn’t more than 8 minutes, it was 8 minutes.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This man came out was in my basement all of if not less 10 minutes and says he fixed the issue for $225. It took him longer than that to charge my card. That was 3 weeks ago and now my furnace is down again in November. I called to have them come back out and they want ANOTHER $75 service fee to diagnose again!!! Why wasn’t it diagnosed the first time??!!! I feel like dude saw I was a woman who didn’t have a clue and took advantage. DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE
Absolutely horrible service. I just bought a house and the furnace quit working. My fiance was at the house to meet the guy and she has no idea how furnace's work. They took our 100 dollar deductable and tell us they don't work on electric/oil funace's. The guy also said the belt on the blower is what was causing the issue yet I can go manually and turn the blower on but the furnace still doesn't work. So the guy that was at my house obviously took advantage of a female and I'm out 100 dollars.
I called this place to come out n fix my furnace showed up told us a part that was on our furnace was the wrong part n the lines needed flushed out didn't do anything to my furnace charged me over 75.00 when the website says it's only 55 42 for someone to come out he said he would be out the next day with the part never showed up never called it's been over a week they ripe me off never did anything so hey neighbor thanks for nothing but taking my money DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE !!!
