Was told it cost 74.50hr to install water heater. Upon talking to someone else there's a 15dollar charge for gas then upon completion was told I have to pay additional 75dollars cause 2 guys came instead of one guy beware of this place.
Straightforward and to the point. Didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need and left as soon as the job was completed. Answered all my questions in a respectful fashion.

I wish I could rate this business more than 5 stars. They were wonderful! Our well pump quit last night and I called this morning at 8 AM when they opened. They were able get our well pump replaced today. They were efficient, kind, courteous, and professional. B. Cook & Son gained a lifetime customer today!
Nothing but good things to say about Cook & Son! Their service was top notch and the serviceman took the time to explain what he was fixing and prevention methods to keep it maintained. Would DEFINITELY use their service again! Highly recommend!

When we lived in Wapakoneta we had great service from Cook. We used them when we moved to Kenton to install a water softner system and whole house filtration system. The lines were left hanging and the filter system was not mounted to anything. Just left hanging. We'll never use them again and will not recommend them to anybody.
When they first installed our water heater they used a false valve without warning us about a year ago. A week ago our water heater broke and my family and I were left without hot water for 5 days while we tried to call them but they were unresponsive. When we finally got a hold of them they stated that they would send someone out that day, remind you we got a hold of them at 7 am and no one showed up until 4:30 pm. When someone finally got here they were groaning and complaining about being here, they lit the pilot light and they left, which we had done many times before. Finally 3 days later our water heater was changed and installed the company told us that it would have no charge since it was a false valve that was on our water heater. A week later we got the bill and it was $250 for labor....
Worst customer service ever, been 3 weeks and still waiting on a part that THEY BROKE themselves while here

Cooks plumbing and heating In Wapakoneta is a great company when I had problems they came right out to the house I use them all the time I would recommend them highly

Called made apt. Didn't show first time said would try fine was short notice. Said would be out next day. No show . I call ask why didn't said was on books for following day. Told them never mind I got a house no water to very little up I'll fix it myself and they hung up on me. Unprofessional!!

Not professional and very rude! They don't know what they are doing. Cost me a lot of money to have another plumbing company fix their mistakes. 1 star is too generous.
