Noticed my AC wasn't getting any more than mildly cool over the memorial day weekend. Called Jim's on Tuesday, they had a tech out to diagnose same day. Unfortunately my 27 year old unit was dead. They gave me a very, very reasonable quote and said they could schedule me as soon as Friday for a total replacement. I opted to do the following Monday as that worked better for my schedule. Monday late morning the van was backing into my driveway and they were done around 4 PM. Went from a 2.5 ton to a 3 ton AC unit. 20 minutes after turning it on, my house had dropped 2 degrees. Now my house is cool again. What really impressed me was how friendly the two techs were, and how they took the time to explain what annual maintenance I could do myself. I am ignorant on matters of HVAC, but I have family who are in maintenance at a local major hospital chain and when they saw the work they were nothing short of impressed. I am nothing short of 200% satisfied and can not recommend these guys enough.
Tim, Tim, and Brice were awesome! They were knowledgeable, courteous and possessed a genuine concern for my situation. I was without a furnace and the weather forecast had snow, they installed my new furnace in a days notice! Highly recommend
I found Jim's through my home warranty company. They were able to fix a simple issue, when another company told me I had to do a replacement for a large price when my heater stopped working. Had them install an AC unit, great price, and they are quick and responsive if issues arise. Will be using them again in the future.
Jim installed Rheem AC in our house in 2007 at a great price and knock on wood, it is still working great. We had his guys install another AC (American Standard) in another house this year at a great price.
JMS has been a lifesaver! Not only did Justin remember me from last year's furnace service, he ensured that my new furnace arrived the very next morning. The techs and installers were prompt and polite, and kept me informed on their progress. They tested the new furnace repeatedly to ensure proper operation, so that I had heat. I highly recommend them for prompt and courteous service. In addition, I paid at least $1,000 less than what the big box stores quoted me!
I was buying an old house with obvious neglect in a lot of areas. I figured it would be safe to have the HVAC system inspected before closing on the deal as it was about 20 years old. They scheduled and arrived quickly, in an out in an hour or so. The report basically said that the furnace could last a couple years or fail soon due to its age; pretty obvious yet vague in my opinion. First week of running it this fall, the furnace kept shutting off. After some Googling, flame rollout because a cracked heat exchanger was tripping the safety sensors. Perfect, needing a new furnace as soon as it gets cold. Curious why the tech who inspected couldn't identify something so blatant when I found the issue off YouTube myself.

I had 2 split systems put in to replace a boiler. The professionalism of the workers were superb. They focus more on commercial properties, however my home has been upgraded to central air. Great group of guys
