Devon was amazing! We assumed the worst when our air compressor wouldn’t come on. Bonsky’s sent Devon the day after we called, and within minutes he discovered a loose wire in our thermostat. He honestly could’ve told us we needed a new unit or something, and we would’ve believed him. Instead he was professional and honest and fixed a simple wire and left us with nice cool air. We will request him for everything, heating and cooling, in the future!
Cory was very knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail. This is the second time I have used Bonsky. I will not use another company. They respond fast. And priced reasonably.
Jacob was very personable and polite. He took his time and was thorough. He explained how the new thermostat worked and answered any questions we had.

I was checking around for pricing when I first came into contact with Bonsky heating and cooling. They came out and the guy Chris that quoted me the price was so through, he shared things about the company to me even shared about their expansion and how many years some of their workers was employed with Bonskyhe was very knowledgeable about his company, So nevertheless the price I was quoted was in the range of what I was looking to spend, they set the date and they came out and Davide and Jimmy done the install and I mean they was so polite and thorough as well they really went above and beyond to do their job even showed me some minor adjustments in the basement that they fixed to make sure my new system would work i don’t know if it was even in their job description but Davide fixed the potential problem. They also took the time to clean everything up as throw they were never here.And last but not least I have a 100 pound pit bull and a yorkiepoo and they took the time to acknowledge them as well, they was so nice and kind to me and my furbabies So with that being said….IF ANYONE IS LOOKING FOR A COMPANY FOR HEATING/COOLING, LOOK NO FURTHER.,, I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICES …THANK YOU TO THE BONSKY TEAM… I’M NOW ONE COOL MOMMA WAITING FOR THE NEXT 80-90 DEGREE DAY,,,TO ENJOY MY NEW A/C THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH…..
Chuck came out very quickly after hours (around 12am) , our cat knocked the vent off to the second floor and fall down and had gotten stuck, so chuck was able to come out and accurately find out where he is and get him out safely for us, super grateful and would definitely recommend using this company!
Bonsky came recommended by several family members, and I understand why! Chuck was knowledgeable, honest, kind, a joy to talk to, and as an added bonus, he was happy to oblige my dog who LOVES to get pets. Couldn't be happier with the service and the price. I'll definitely use them again next time!

He explained everything very well, and very nice guy! I would recommend, however, he was definitely trying to sell you their product. They are fair with pricing but we found better.
Chuck was great! Also, he's very knowledgeable in his field. We called Bonsky to schedule our A.C. Maintenance/ check-up and 2 days later we had an appointment and he was at our house. He checked our unit over and analyzed all the technical readings and even hosed out the unit. We got a good report card! Chuck even told my husband how to drain our water heater and explained why it is important to the life of it. ***** Recommend Bonsky
Great overall experience with Bonsky! Our AC wasn't working properly and service tech Devon promptly came out and provided an honest assessment on our older AC and furnace units. My wife and I decided to replace both and working with Jerry and Steve, they made the whole process easy and understandable and helped me select the proper unit to fill our needs. Wayne and the installation crew came to install the AC and furnace and were a pleasure to deal with and helped explained everything that was installed. The unit is pretty slick and super quiet...very satisfied with the service and product. Great experienced, professional team all the way through the company. I have been recommending Bonsky to work associates, neighbors, and friends and have heard nothing but positive experiences from them all.
Cory returned today with the parts to repair our furnace we were pleased with the fast turnaround to get our furnace repaired Bonsky went over and above to make sure we did not go another night without heat many thanks for their efforts we will be setting up an appointment for our spring tune-up soon
This company was hired to come out & certify my existing furnace which is a ten year old Carrier…. INSTEAD they came out & condemned it… saying the heat exchanger was “Bad” .. the tech said he was going to call his boss to verify his assessment. Which he did… Then he turns to me and says the owner was coming out to see if he agreed & would see what kind of “deal”..he could give me on a new furnace…. $4500 installed… Come to find out… there wasn’t a thing wrong with the heat exchanger…& the “Owner” who came out was a salesman….The Best offer they would make me AFTER Lying about the condition of my furnace was to replace the heat exchanger.. which they agreed wasn’t “bad” after all …& was under warranty… which they never bothered to check… before…for $1200 labor!!!!…
We have another company checking our air conditioner in an effort to shop around after Bonskys came out. The previous technician from Bonskys did NOT put the screws/unit back together properly which the other company is fixing as well as is fixing our problem on the spot as opposed to Bonskys who indicated we'd have to wait for an unknown amount of time and pay $900. The current company here now is fixing our problem for 1/3 of the price. Unfortunately, I'm very unsatisfied. I do not think Bonskys' visit to our house is anywhere close to worth the $99 I'm supposedly getting charged. Very unfortunate. Overpriced and over-rated.
Our technician Annabelle was on time and professional. She explained what the issue was and fixed it on the spot. Worth the price to have peace of mind
The maintenance guy (I believe his name was Chuck) came to our house yesterday to check out our AC unit and he was the nicest person. He seems to be an extremely honest man that only wants the best for you. We haven't had the new unit installed yet, but I was so impressed with him that I had to write a review.
