Phil is very professional, honest, and he goes above and beyond to ensure the highest quality of work. Don't take a chance by going somewhere else-go with Phil!! I REALLY don't want anyone else touching my furnace or air conditioner other than him. Five stars for Phil!!
Phil has done work on several furnaces and an AC unit for our family. Each time we needed service, he was there when he said he would be, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and is very reasonable when it comes to price. Unlike other local companies, it's obvious Phil is really trying to help you when he comes out. He knows what he's doing and he does it well. I would recommend Phil to anyone who needs their AC/furnace repaired or service.
Phil is phenomenal!! I've been using him for more than a decade. He's personable, extremely knowledgeable, ontime, quality is excellent. I can't say enough good things about him.

I am a millennial without ANY handyman skills to speak of. This, combined with my complete ignorance of home maintenance norms has led to an existence of things constantly breaking. And as a result, I am always in need of emergency help. And when at 4:30 in the morning my furnace died, I knew who to call. PDR Comfort Systems. Phil, of PDR, returned my call at 6 and was at my house by 9. He diagnosed the problem (which was me ... I didn't know furnaces had filters let alone that they needed to be replaced), found the part I needed, got it, replaced it, and was gone before noon; presumably to help save another family in need. PDR is awesome. I trust Phil and his team. They know their stuff. They work quickly. And they won't cheat the customer. So, the next time your toilet backs-up or your AC goes out, don't mess around, give PDR a call.
Simply outstanding local company! Phil is extremely kinds and knowledgeable person, who came to help us without any delays, done his best to find and resolve the furnace issue very fast. I will sure recommend him to all of my friends and will use his service again (also I am sure after he have inspected the furnace it will not be needed any time soon :) )
Went to change filter and found water coming from furnace. Air conditioner drain blocked. Amazing amount of water on 90+ humid day. Left message, Phil called around 4 said he was on the way. Fixed and he showed me how to avoid future problems. These guys have fixed several problems for me. Pleased in all respects. I highly recommend them.

No more waiting for hot water to show up - the little pump Phil installed on the hot water tank is great. Hot water is now delivered instantly. I was expecting to pay thousands to install under the sink water heaters, Phil solved the problem for $400. Every home needs Phil and his little pump.

Phil came to my home twice, once to fix a motor on a old furnace and another to install a new water heater. He’s great at what he does. I would refer him to my friends and family.

I am 100% satisfied with P.D.R. Comfort's services. I called up Phil (the "P" in P.D.R.) on a Saturday after trying and failing to fix a leaky tub faucet myself and to my surprise, he was here in 45 min with tools in-hand! He let me know what the problem was, what he was doing to fix it, and was extremely friendly, professional, and courteous the entire time. The fact the he was actually able to repair an old and leaky system rather than just telling me "you need a new one" was almost icing on the cake. At $85/hr + parts, I think it was an absolute steal to get my Saturday and my sanity back. I'll definitely be holding onto his card for future work! Thanks, Phil! P.S. In response to the couple of 1-star reviews on here, they need to understand that you're paying for an hour of general service for them just to show up, regardless of whether they're ultimately able to assess and fix the problem. Just go into it knowing that it'll at least cost $85 and they will probably be able to fix it for you, but if not, then you will have a better idea of what to do. No one likes paying for service calls just to get expert advice instead of a fix, but it's necessary for professionals like Phil to stay in business.
My furnace and A/C are about 12 years old. My family’s safety as well as free flowing water are a concern during extremely cold spells ever since one of our water lines burst during an extremely cold night a few years back. I read the reviews on Google never had met Phil, but called him after receiving a consultation from the other HVAC folks as seen on the sticker from when I bought this house. Phil arrived at my home knowing that a new furnace & A/C were an option up for discussion if necessary. After introducing himself the first question he asked was for directions to my furnace. After doing a full inspection complete with diagnostics he informed me the status of my furnace. Phil assured me the noise I was hearing was NOT due to a loose bearing, but just a slight nuisance from a 12 year old furnace. P.D.R. recommended change my filter every few months and call them back in a couple years for the purpose of routine maintenance and a reassessment of the HVAC system. Oh yeah...the OTHER HVAC folks as seen on the sticker from when I bought the house: During their pitch for a brand new $12,000 Furnace/AC they refused to apprise me the type/condition/efficiency of my existing furnace they had maintained the last few years. When inquired they said that they "forgot, but wrote the information down somewhere". Needless to say there is not a need for a new furnace anytime soon. Lesson learned...Call P.D.R first!

Great choice - very happy with the service and the work. Priced very well, and tried to correct a problem first instead of just replace. Recommended and we'll make sure to use this company again when we need any plumbing work.
Awesome Service!! Phil came out the next day after I called and fixed two of my outdoor faucets that weren't working at a reasonable price. Would recommend his company to anyone looking for a plumber.
