ZERO STARS STAY AWAY!!!! Terrible company from the get go. Poor install led to needing to replace a unit that was less than 7 years old. Started using another company and was told to contact Edington to see if there was a warranty. Apparently owner of Edington thought it would be more important to call and hassle the other HVAC company I was using to dispute the facts instead of actually calling me back about the issue (still haven’t heard back). Have since had 2 different companies come out and they all say the same thing, poor install job led to the unit rusting beyond repair. The techs at Edington are friendly but aren’t knowledgeable so I got charged for for 2 service calls even though they were within a week of each other and for the same issue. Disputed the bill and but the owner also discussed that with my new HVAC company to try and make me look bad to make it sound like I don’t pay my bills. I don’t know how this company has stayed in business! Giving away personal misleading information to try to make yourself feel good is real professional. Owner is a joke…I’ll be contacting BBB
Dan communicates quickly and explains everything in detail. Nicely accommodated my service date change needed. Joel serviced and again everything explained in detail. Pricing was not outrageous at all.....not overpriced. I definitely would use Edington again and highly recommend. Thank you.
Edington heating and cooling installed our new Bosch heat pump system to replace the original A/C unit they installed at our house when we moved here in 1995. This was a duel-fuel install requiring retrofit of the heat pump system to work in tandem with my existing natural gas furnace. Their professional sales and technical staff advised on the right solution, products and quick and seamless installation. The county development team audited the installation after completion. All requirements were passed on the first inspection. I have been a satisfied Edington customer since 1995 and will continue to work with them in the future.

Jeff and the team at Edington always perform exceptionally! We have a boiler system in our rental property that was completely broken during the coldest part of December 2022. The specific part we needed was on backorder from the factory, 3-4 weeks before availability. Jeff contacted other HVAC companies in the area to try to find the part. I called myself to some HVAC companies,checked Amazon and other suppliers online. Everyone had the same response. On backorder. My tenants had to relocate because of the temperatures. Exploring all options to solve my problem, Jeff took the part to Sydney and had it rebuilt and installed the next morning. This level of customer service, genuinely caring about people, was above and beyond !! Thank you Jeff, James and Lorraine for your kind and caring customer service!
