Heather is amazing. She went out of her way to do everything that was needed for me, and it really was not in her job description. The price I was quoted was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again!
Our furnace went out on a Saturday on one of the coldest days of the year. They were at our house within 2 hours and went all the way across town to get the pet we needed. EXCELLENT service and great price (much less than competitors). This is also the 2nd time we've used them and will go to them again in the future.
I was upset about recent service I received from this company so the owner contacted me and came out late one evening after I got home from work (at my convenience) and fixed everything himself. I totally appreciate that he was willing to go above and beyond to make everything right.
