I can't say enough about Mark and his crews. His office staff is friendly and have great communication. Exceptional pricing. Quick service. Professional employees. They installed an entire new ac unit for us and it's amazing. They removed the old unit, sealed up everything, placed the new one in a different location, left my home immaculate, and placed all the new hardware and ducts in an inconspicuous way so it looks much better than the previous. I'm so pleased and would recommend T and M to everyone. In fact, they've done work for my best friends, my mother and grandmother. Thank you very, very much.

They came out to install a hot water tank I asked the gentle man to put on shoes covers right away he gets a attitude and started raising his voice then he had a Accident with the pipes it was two leaks he said we have to send out a plumber on tomorrow the next day he was knocking back on my door to repair those two leaks he glued them back together instead of repairing it. I had to pay another plumber to go behind this gentle. I would never ever do business with this company again he was very disrespectful he takes off his mask in my home and raising his voice at me when I Politely asked him to put his shoe covers on because we are in a middle of a pandemic. May the good Lord change this man heart!

Our home warranty assigned us this company when I filed a claim about the a/c unit not working. This company has been amazing to work with, the group of guys that came out to install our a/c unit was extremely nice and so polite. The owner had to fight with our warranty company because they were trying to charge us for the a/c unit when it was fully covered under our plan. Highly recommend using this company for any of your heating and cooling needs.

Home warranty center provided this contact to fix my leaking AC unit. That was in June, its now October and its still not complete. He did not value his customers time what so ever. I always had to do the follow up calls to set appointments over a 4 month period. Small business owners should value their customers a bit more.

I have a Home Warranty in which I called in to have my furnance repaired. The Home Warranty assigned the job to these folks. Every time I called to set up the appointment, I was getting the run around as if they did not want the job. I ended up having someone else to do the job. It was the receptionist who answers the calls and had a bad experience everytime. Consumers beware: DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!

Home Warranty company is contracted with T&M Heating so they were the providers for our AC repair. I called to schedule the appointment in the lady who answered the phone was rude. The web says they're open 24 hours which is a lie. I scheduled my appointment on the 4th for them to come out on the 6th between 2:30 and 3:30. Called the morning of the 6th to confirm appointment and requested they call a half an hour before the technician would be at the house and the lady responded with we are too busy to do that. Was at my house at 2:20 until I received a call at 3:35 informing me they would not be able to come to our house until 6. When I explained no one would be home at that time the tech said how about tomorrow and then explained I couldn't take more time off work and he then said sorry our scheduler is really bad. They need a new person to answer the phone.
