We have used Sturm Heating Air Conditioning Inc more than once and have never been disappointed. Carl is amazing & responds very quickly with superior quality work and fair prices. The last time we needed him, he arrived at our house within about 30 minutes of our call to him! Truly a gem in this business. Highly recommend!!!

Mr Sturm came out 30 minutes after contacting. He repaired my existing ac unit. He got our old system back up & running at a very affordable price. We appreciated his integrity & professionalism.
Most knowledgeable heating and air guy I ever met. I would recommend him to anybody.
Installed a allergen filter system for 300$, box says filter measures 25" in length it only measures 24" leaving a 1" gap for debris to enter the ducts, through the existing 25" hole would not recommend him, if he would of looked inside he would of noticed the unfiltered section not covered by the filter, i had to modify to make system work
I found this company online after searching "appliance installs" in the yellow pages. I need my dishwasher installed, so I called him- A man answered, and I asked: "do you install dishwashers?" He laughed at me , said "No- that's why I named our company heating and cooling, we don't install dishwashers, I get this all the time!!" And hung up on me! This was just after a simple question- can you imagine if I hired this guy, and he was in my home? Don't expect to get any business if you treat your customers like this, or treat an innocent person with a simple question on the phone like that.
Not helpful in answering questions. Only wanted to lecture me rather than help or direct me.
Been calling on Carl for years. Honest and fair -- and pleasant too. Installed our water heater several years ago and does an annual check-up/clean of our hvac system.
Sturm installed a new system in my house and I paid them in full. They didn't do a neat job either. To this day the system does work correctly and I can not get them to come back out to fix it. DO NOT USE Sturm if you like your system to work well and to be serviced when needed.
