Bad business report! Jason Gutierrez with @J&M Heating & Cooling. I do not recommend anyone dealing with this company his integrity is definitely lacking. Several no call no show, dodging phone calls, and false promises. He put in a noon heating and air duct system. When it was notice that the duck work needed to be adjusted and some fixed he never answered his phone. He has been avoiding phone calls and text messages . To now he has blocked my phone number. This is completely unacceptable. we have had to call on another HVAC company to come and fix what he refused to fix. And during that inspection it was found out that he also never wrapped the new ductwork with insulation nor did he use sheet metal tape on the connecting pieces causing I’m the duck work to sag. 
No call no show to repair furnace after paying the $80 service fee for them to come out and see what was wrong with my furnace. I called multiple times leaving multiple messages with no response. It seems this is fairly common if you search the company name on the BBB website. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
I called on Wednesday they came out and looked at it on Thursday and had it fixed and running by Friday. They are amazing and we'll worth the call!!!
Company was brought in to repair heating system. They cut huge holes into the ducts and never came back to finish the work even though I called them multiple times. I even offered to pay additional as an incentive. Upon bringing in another company I found out carbon monoxide was being exposed within my home and a few rooms were not even connected properly in the duct system. And the air filter was missing completely from the new heater put in. I do not recommend this company. They started out good but ended terribly. Huge disappointment.
