Came right out and diagnosed my issue for me. Wasn't able to exactly help me but was able to point me in the right direction to get my AC fixed. My unit was actually just very old and outdated.

Abe and his crew came highly recommended to me when my furnace went out. Abe showed up for a service call the same day. Unfortunately the furnace needed a lot of work and he was very clear with his recommendation and the benefits of repairing versus replacing. Our furnace was 24 years old so we opted to replace and they were able to complete the job immediately. If you are having issues and want quality honest work this is the company you want to do business with.

We were in the market for a new Furnace and AC unit. After getting quotes with all of the top companies around Toledo we found Honest Abe to be highly rated and the best value and cost for what we needed. Not only did Abe personally come out for our quote and talk us through what we needed and didn’t, he also came out to tighten down a few loose parts that needed to be adjusted post install. His staff Jake and others were all extremely nice and helpful with completion times and any questions we had. I can’t recommend Honest Abe’s enough if you are in the market for Heating or AC give them a call.

If you listen to him he’ll teach you something, goes through the basics before he comes out so time and money isn’t wasted. If you have some knowledge he’ll talk you through a problem and he’s more than likely right. I’ve had 3 great experiences enough said!!!
Abe was absolutely wonderful. He fit me in short notice and was able to diagnose the issue with my a/c unit, unfortunately due the the brand and warranty I'm not able to use Honest Abe's for the actual repair, but he went above and beyond and called a dealer for my unit, gave him all the information he needed to start to get the parts. 10/10 would recommend and honestly, I'll only use Honest Abe's in the future for HVAC needs.
Highly recommend Honest Abe! Responded immediately and came out right on time! Unfortunately, our unit is not one that his company can work on, but he came out to look at it and gave lots of recommendations and suggestions! I have had his company come out before and will definitely call him again! Highly recommended!

Just had my unit completed today. Their service was excellent. I appreciate their quality work. Abe’s he is very professional and reliable and of course Honest. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain things. The message/call was responded quickly. He’s care about what he do. That is exactly what we call professional and great customer service. Also Jake and the crew are very nice, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this wonderful company to everyone. I will only call Honest Abe’s in the future when needed. Because they can provide a great service and very reasonable price for sure.
We had Honest Abe's install a new AC unit in our home and the experience could not have been better. They were on time and called before arrival. Very professional and courteous. They made sure they didn't leave any mess behind, while also getting everything done in one day. They were honest and clear with all the pricing and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Previous HVAC companies said we needed new furnace at the same time as AC which was not true. On top of all that, we got a few different quotes and Honest Abe's was by far the lowest priced. Honest Abe's has also been servicing our furnace for the past couple years, and we definitely recommend them for anything HVAC related.
