Best heating and A/C company ever
We had a new heating system installed by Action when our old furnace went south during a cold spell this winter. They came out and installed a new furnace within the day with a fair price and quality workmanship. Their knowledge, professionalism and speed was greatly appreciated!

Scott and Rob from Action did a great job updating our old, poorly placed furnace. It was in the crawlspace (Right?) and through pure skill, they were able to relocate a new, more efficient system to the first floor. No more getting into the crawlpace just to change an air filter!
I switched over to Action Heating A/C and Electrical after a bad experience with another Perrysburg plumbing heating and a/c company and I've been very happy with the change. Terry came out today and serviced my air conditioning and heater, gave me a heads-up about what maintenance I was likely to need next, and answered my questions about my HVAC system. Very satisfied with the quality of their work and pricing. Thanks guys!
My "go to" guys for anything HVAC related from service to install/replacement. They're prompt, professional and proficient. With multiple rental properties, I've worked through multiple providers over the years and have finally found the ones that are dependable but also that I trust not to rip me off - to the point I don't even feel I need to accompany them to properties, I just know they'll take care of the matter in a quick, professional manner without overcharging. Personally, trust is the ultimate compliment and I trust these guys 100%!
Buyer beware, stay far away from Terry Williams the owner, he will sell a unit to you then claim he doesn't remember you paid him even if you have receipts, he will call you at 6am in the morning for payment, he will also claim you had another company install the bought unit and won't warranty it, unfortunately he had a stroke last November which is not an excuse....

My father had an existing relationship with Action Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electrical. After he passed we had trouble with the A/C unit. Action was on time and affordable. Tremendous experience, exceptional customer service.

We had a new AC unit installed last July the owner told us our first AC check up within 12 months was free, I called them a week ago on a Friday to schedule my check up and cleaning and said “this is free right? Since it’s within 12 months of install?” The owner said”well it can be since you mentioned it” he stated he would be out Tuesday between 11am-1pm my husband took off work to be here and he never showed up, so we called him and he forgot about us, said how about Saturday? My husband said sure, well today is Saturday we have been waiting all day and he never showed up or called. Guess he got my $3800 last year and he’s done! I would not recommend this guy.
Fired up the AC yesterday and nothing was working. Got up on this hot morning and made a call to Action. Within a hour their service guy, Scott, called and said he was in route! Scott and Robert showed up 20 minutes later , fixed my AC and they went on their way to help another hot customer. From my phone call into Action, to having air …only about 3 hours. Now that’s Action!! Well Done guys
I have used James more than a dozen times for personal and on subcontract work for electrical work, epecially new circuit breaker panels . Usually the low bidder and always good quality work. Even the electrical inspector was impressed on this last job. Highly recommended!
