A/C wasn’t cooling. Called one company and couldn’t get out until late July unless I call after hours for emergency higher price. I called Ace Appliance Sales & Service they came out same day. Service tech came on time called before. Was able to fix it. Price was reasonable. Super friendly honest and wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again. Thank you for coming same day on this hot day. What a life saver.
Terrible customer service. They give you the run around and never give a straight forward answer. What they do tell you conflicts with what they said 30 seconds prior. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Tiffany that answers the phones does not know how to handle customer complaints and Sam their service manager is even worse. He went around the bush telling us multiple different things several times. What a joke of a company.

Megan scheduled my service call and Logan arrived within 45 minutes to repair my oven. Excellent service!
Our dryer needed a part replaced. I inquired online late before bed. They reached out and had the dryer fixed the next day.

Horrible customer service, DO NOT USE!!!! They will take ADVANTAGE of you. I WOULD NEVER have used this company if I knew my warranty contract was affiliated with them. Save your a big headache , DONT USE ACE APPLIANCE EVER!!
Logan came out to see what the problem was with my Maytag Refrigerator....he was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful!! Ordered the part needed and once again called to set up appt to install part. Again he was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and installed part in great time! Refrigerator is working great! Thank you for saving me the money it would have taken to buy a new one! Also very reasonable prices! Will call Ace and Logan if I am ever in need of an appliance repair again!

Will use again. Had dryer and washer checked over. Dryer had issue, no parts needed. Did not tell me I needed parts or work unnecessary. Being honest goes a long way in the service industry. Professional, easy scheduling, honest service.

Friendly technicians that gives you an honest professional opinion of the problem. Requested a tech online & received a call the next morning & the tech was there before evening. Problem troubleshooted & could have been fixed but I opted not to have it fixed. Professional & quick!
I have used Ace appliance numerous times for appliance repair. This time my dishwasher wasn't working, and I was able to get an appt the same day! They called ahead to let me know they were on their way and who my tech would be. Kindle showed up at promised time, was curteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He fixed the dishwasher and the price was as quoted, no surprises! It's nice knowing that when I call Ace for appliance repair that I am supporting a local business, and getting professional service at a fair price. Once again, they have made a continued customer of me!
Absolutely amazing local business that are always there for the customer. I recently had issues with my dryer and the technician RYAN(props to this guy) come out and diagnose my issue, he also gave me the time to show me how the dryer operates and what all needed replaced. I spent around $375 in total and my dryer was good as new, or so I thought. About a week after my new parts I needed Ryan to come back out as it was not operating properly again. He again diagnosed the issue and fixed what was wrong in a span a 20mins. I am not complaining at all about the issues I have but I am praising the response time with this company and Ryan to get back out to my house to fix the issue they thought they fixed. I can't thank you as a business and Ryan enough for getting me back up with the dryer. It took a day for him to get back out to my house to fix the new issue. One of the fastest response times with businesses such as this, so again, thank you. I was told your business has been around since the late 1980s and it shows why. Your business and technicians are top notch. Your fees and parts are reasonable and repair time is fast, depending on the part needed. I waited maybe a week for a major part and had no qualms with having to wait. It's just how it goes sometimes the Tech said which I understand given the current situation with the world, Pandemic and all. I will remember this business and tech for a long time if I ever have any other issues or if someone I know needs a business to call, I really can't thank you all enough for the amazing work that was done. Team member came out, pretended to sound knowledgeable & confident he fixed the problem on my fridge by putting a $8 part on it (which I was charged $75 for). Long story short fridge didn't work & I paid over $200 for the repair. They came back out & said quote "Oh, im fairly confident its actually your compressor & its gonna be a $900 fix" so not only did they waste my time but they kept my money & I STILL HAVE A BROKEN FRIDGE. thanks Ace your a real one.
I tried to fix my Kenmore washer myself when it would cycle, but not fill with water. I submitted a service call request on the Ace website (super easy!) and expected to hear back after the weekend (as it’s Saturday). Within an hour, I had a call from the scheduler; an hour after that, a service pro was at my door! He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it without any replacement parts. He suggested it could probably use a new control board, but those are wicked expensive—and it’s at least working for now! If and when it eventually fails, I’ll definitely be calling Ace to come replace it. I’ve had a lot of work done on my home lately, with a wide variety of experiences as far as professionals’ expertise and professionalism. Ace has been by far the best experience I’ve had! I am SO impressed. I’ll be back, for sure.
Kraig & this company were incredibly diligent & fair on a stubborn issue with my refrigerator’s ice maker. Kraig mad three separate lengthy visits to our home & worked tirelessly until the issue was solved. Then, they didn’t charge nearly what they could have for al the time spent on our behalf. Thank you, Ace... & thank you, Kraig!
Josh was our technician helping to service our dryer. He was very polite and got right down to business. What impressed me the most was how he cleaned up after himself. Even polished the unit when done. Thank you Ace!
They were called this morning...on New Year's Eve... for my washing machine. I was really surprised how quickly Brian V. arrived to help...especially for a holiday !! They are very reliable, honest, and know what they are doing. I definitely will use them from now on ! Best service ever ..hands down !!
