We used Ed’s last week to replace a mini split AC/heat unit. They were prompt, efficient, friendly and very professional. Highly recommend using Ed’s.
I gave them a call on a Saturday and even though they couldn't help me, they took the time to give me the name and number of people who could. Really appreciate it!

I would highly recommend this company for HVAC installation, maintenance and/or repair. Both the owner of Ed's and the technicians were responsive, punctual, and provided friendly customer service. We have a very complex HVAC unit and they took all measures to get it running as efficiently as possible at a time/day that was convenient for us. They were also happy to answer any questions we had so that we, as the home owners, could better understand how our HVAC system functions.

Had a full furnace and AC installed today and I could not be more impressed. From Andy explaining our system options to Quintan and Justin doing the entire install in less than 6 hours. It was more painless than I could have imagined and we are SO thankful to be living in a warm and comfortable house again.

Our heat pump (also installed by Ed's) finally went out after 23 years of service. We decided to switch to gas for the replacement. Andy was great to work with on determining which units to use, and as the liaison on scheduling the project. Quentin (sp), Justin and Adam were the installers. They were professional and friendly, and were also wonderful to work with. Highly recommend Ed's for the services they cover.
Who wants their furnace to play dead in February? Called Ed’s on the recommendation of my daughter who just had a furnace installed by them. From Tonya who scheduled my service call and including Mike, Chandler, Andy, Jason, Justin, and Quinton , they were all professional, courteous, helpful, prompt, and above all knowledgeable! Since the clock was ticking on our air and hot water tank, we had them replaced also. Can’t recommend this fine company and their employees enough!

All around great experience every time I’ve called or used Ed’s I’ve been really happy. They are all very professional, knowledgeable, they do a very thorough job inspecting issues & offering solutions. I’m extremely happy with everything. The customer service of the reception is fantastic. They did multiple major pipe replacement & repairs, A water heater install, & electric panel upgrade. Every job looks so clean. They are always prompt & on time. They recommend a really great professional contractor. I just feel like I owe a thank you to the whole company for keeping my 200 year old house going!
I have never experienced great service like Ed's Heatling Cooling Plumbing Electric. After some bumps in the road with my furnace and other companies not being honest with me, I decided on Ed's. They do what they say they will, on time, personable and did not omitt any details on the installation of my new furnace. Great job. Thanks to all of you for your service.
We recently had a large branch take out our electrical service to include the mast on the house. Eds crew were here the next morning on time and by 1pm they had replaced and upgraded everything. The county inspector even commented on the quality of their work. We highly recommend them.
I would not recommend them at all, I found out they were sabotaging my roof unit on my business and trying to charge me insane amount of money to fix . I called another company a $1600 charge from them was a $200 fix smh …
Called for a clogged kitchen sink in the morning, got an immediate same day appointment window that they even came earlier than planned for. Blake and Noah were very nice and professional, and took care of the issue quickly and even looked into another concern I had on something else while they were here. Great job! Thanks!!

We have used Ed’s Heating and Cooling since 2004 and have not been disappointed in the professional and friendly service we received every time from our first system (2004) to now our second system (2022). Was charged for something and was never told I would be. Very disappointed
I had a great experience with Ed's on 17 Dec 21, when a tech came out to diagnose a leaking vent pipe. The job turned out to be easy enough for him to address right there during the initial service call, but he made the mistake of asking me if there was anything else I wanted him to look at. Oh, did I... Long story short, I had a drop-in jacuzzi tub with leaking handles, a dripping faucet, and a grated cover over an opening only wide enough to offer access to the motor. He tried to get a look at the plumbing after removing the grate and said I would need to cut through the tub enclosure to even reach the cartridges. Fast forward some months, I submitted a claim for that tub and another leaking bath spout/worn cartridge with my home warranty company--and then IMMEDIATELY called to tell them I intended to go out-of-network (because if you live in this area and have needed plumbing work before, well, you already know). I was on the schedule with Ed's for a tech to come out the next week. When the gentleman looked at the aforementioned tub and guest bath, he assured me he knew exactly what to do. I didn't even question that, but when he made the same "mistake" of asking if I had anymore questions, I wasted no time showing him a worrisome kitchen sink, a noisy garbage disposal, and an ugly ceiling fan on a vaulted ceiling. In five minutes, I was advised just to caulk around the sink and if I wanted to match the counter, get the almond color; reassured the garbage disposal was working fine; and yes, Ed's can do whatever electrical I need. Ed's front office called that afternoon to schedule repairs (the next available was 8 business days, which I think is normal), he arrived today during his 2-hour window to perform the repairs, and was a professional start to finish. When I asked if I needed to have furnished the new grate for the tub, he told me he already bought it, and man, it looks like it's always been there. Not one corner was cut--a very clean install. Want to thank Brad and Glen for the outstanding work installing a new Bryant system in our house. We accepted Andy's quote and the next day they showed up and worked like pros. (Sorry to the technician that did much of the work on day 1, I forget his name... red hair... been working there a long time.) I could ramble on with details, but I'd heard good things about Ed's and I'm glad we chose them.
