We have used them a few times in the past for various reasons and always very happy with them. They installed a brand new water heater a year ago. Very professional and prompt. A year later the burner unit went out and they said would order a new part and install it. ITS BEEN 5 MONTH'S AND STILL NOT FIXED. They have only returned 2 of our phone calls and the last time was told they had a hard time finding the part, for a brand new water heater mind you, but he found one and was ordering the part. It's been a month and still nothing and no return phone calls. I am not happy!! Will update this review IF I get my water heater fixed. This part is supposed to be under warranty, we will see....

Great job on my bathroom remodel! Took it down to the studs. Tim and Gary did it all, walls, floors, built a closet, plumbing, electric, heating, and bathroom fixtures. Very happy with the work they did. Very reasonable cost.
Didnt have to wait long for my new water heater. Put it in same day I ordered it.
I had Columbus Worthington Air come out to my rental condo to do an annual preventive maintenance checkup on my furnace on 12/15/2017. The technician precedes to inform my wife that the heating exchange is cracked, the unit is unsafe to run and has our tenants sign a liability form stating that they won't turn on the furnace due to CO2 possibly killing them. Sadly this technician didn't know that we have a working CO2 and fire alarm literally within a few feet of the furnace and that I was going to call a company for a second opinion since this furnace is less than ten years old. Tim from Hirschfeld came out on 12/18/2017, looked over the whole furnace and showed me what the heating exchange was and how the previous tech hadn't even done much more than open the access panel since there was still cobwebs, dust and debris covering every surface of the inside. He told me that the heating exchange was fine. All I can say is thank you Tim, I appreciate your quick response and honest assessment.
My central air conditioner died, it was really old and used the bad coolant, Tim gave me a really good price, on a really hot day, and told me he could order the new system and install it in two days, I could not believe it, but he did it and they did a real good job, the work sight was completely cleaned up and it was running when I came home. He gave me the lowest price quote, did great work, and got it done fast. I will always use hirschfeld plumbing and heating.
