Roy was wonderful! He was able to help same day and fix the problem! There was no wait for parts, he had them on him! I highly recommend!!
Both times I have needed Roy M he has made it out the same day to see what the issues were! The last time he came out he actually taught me some things to look for and how to keep our A/C operating more efficiently!! Great guy! Great service! Thank you!

My furnace recently took a turn for the worse and I thought the worst was about to happen trying to find someone to inspect it. My sister recommended Roy Mechanical and she shared that she has always had a great experience with Roy. I was relieved my first call to Roy, He personally answered my call right away and he made time in his day without hesitation to come inspect my furnace the same day. He arrived at the time he said he would and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. What I thought would be thousands for repair was not even close. Roy ensured the repair was right the first time and followed through on everything he said he would. This was my first time needing HVAC assistance and I will never call anyone else from here. A++++ experience, thank you Roy Mechanical!

My HVAC system failed back in 3019 he had a new system installed within days works great to this day .. got a notification from Columbia gas that my neighbor and my exhaust was releasing gas so I contacted Roy and he had service men here the very next day which is today... Found nothing wrong still did a service check and was in and out in 10 mins making sure that my home and family were safe I appreciate the effort available and concern I felt when talking with Roy and his coworkers for me and my family and if I could rate this company higher then a 5 I would ... Thank you again to Roy and his Wonderful team for getting the job done quick reliable and cost efficient.
Quick and honest service - responded immediately, showed up on time, and was very responsive to all of my many questions. After multiple poor experiences with other companies, I highly recommend Roy for anyone needing HVAC work done, for an honest, responsive experience.
Wow. It’s not often that you can get excited about an HVAC company but…wow. My elderly parents (and 98 year old grandmother) were having issues with their AC with several days of 90° coming. I called on a Saturday morning and they had a technician out that afternoon! After spending close to 2hrs to try and figure out the problem, it turned out to be the thermostat. Rather than charge a ridiculous hourly rate it was just the cost of a service call! In this heat! Ask for Chester if you want a polite, friendly technician! Roy even comped my parent the coupler! They have several new loyal customers. Keep up the great work!!!
Was looking to have heat pump I stalled to my new modular home. Roy was very informative as to what I needed and had unit installed in a week. Had no problem working on modular home where 3 others Icalled would not touch it. Roy is a life saver. Wicallhimfor all my future needs.
Had an issue with our ac unit. Called and they were here within 5 hours, fixed the wire issue in 10 minutes and was cheap compared to other companies closer to me. Would highly recommend.
If you are looking for a company to fix your ac, this is the one I would suggest. They were very reasonable in pricing and came out just hours after calling. They had my ac fixed in about 10 minutes.

Amazing job installing our new furnace and ac unit! The guys were knowledgeable and friendly. They explained everything clearly, installed within a timely manner and cleaned up everything nicely. Would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend using Roy Mechanical. Roy was very professional and a nice person. He wear shoe covers and mask before entering my home. He check my furnace and worked on my smart thermostat. I will be using them again for my yearly maintenance.
