Corey was very polite and courteous, willing to answer any questions I had and explain things to me clearly. The job turned out to be much bigger than we initially thought because of a busted AC compressor. Corey spent most of the day replacing it and making sure everything was working normal. And he cleaned up everything before he left. The job was covered by warranty 100%, and I'm a happy customer with cold air in my house again.
Jacob was great and very knowledgable He was very cordial and demonstrated great ability in being able to explain things in a way I could understand.
He did a wonderful job explaining what my issues were. And gave me the best options to go about getting my system repaired. Great job!

We needed to have a complete HVAC system replaced and the service was prompt and efficient. The technicians, Skip, Olivia and G were knowledgeable, friendly and on time. The service was completed in the time they quoted and they left the area inside and outside very clean. Brad came the next day to check the system and he again was friendly and professional! PK Wadsworth has done a great job with focusing on quality and customer service.

I recently hired P.k. Wadsworth to inspect my water heater tank and identify a minor issue with the pressure valve, they provided clear explanations of the problem and offered practical solutions to address it. Their expertise in water heater systems was evident throughout the inspection process. Also Bradley S., was friendly, approachable, and took the time to answer all my questions.

The one thing I can be certain of is that PK Wadsworth will follow through. Being a larger company I'm sure there is going to be variances in the quality of work from time to time. I've seen it. But they have been willing to make it right. I think that matters. Bryce was super professional and personable and sold me on the idea of a new furnace. Sam and Mason are installing it now. Everyone down the chain has been easy to work with, professional, and courteous.
