Chris did a great job of educating me on the latest advancements in heating and air technology. The installation of the new unit was flawless. Pinnacle Air Solutions installed a humidifier in my new home and not only was the work excellent, but the timeliness of the employees and the care they took with my home was impressive!
This company originally installed our AC units and we have had issues since we moved it to our brand new unit. Unhelpful and not willing to fix what they installed incorrectly in the first place. An initial diagnostic visit is VERY expensive even if they don't fix anything. Will not contact them again.
