Nate Burns has done work for me on two separate occasions. He is very quick to respond, clean with his work, and conduct himself very professionally. His prices are very reasonable for the service he provides! I highly recommend him for your HVAC needs.
Our furnace went out during the cold snap we had last December. We had a couple different companies diagnose the problem we had with our 21-year old system. We pretty clearly needed to replace the furnace and the A/C. Nate gave a competitive quote to replace the units and was prompt and efficient in servicing our need. I agree with all the reviewers who appreciate his work and highly recommend him. I especially appreciate the time he took to answer questions and explain how the system operates.
Spent 10 minutes looking at my HVAC unit. Told me it was a bad circuit board and quoted $540. I bought the part for $100 and replaced it myself. The next company asked, "Why didn't he check the $13 capacitor?"
Our furnace had quit working overnight and the house was cold in the morning. I called to try this new company out since I have had issues with other ones in the area. I called them that morning and they were at the house within 30 minutes and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 15 minutes. That you for the fast service. I think I have found a new HVAC company.
We have used him twice and both times he was able to come the same day we called. He fixed our issues the first time with no problems. Will definitely use again.
Nate did a great job and was here an hour after I called. It was a cold night in our house and after calling Burns we were nice and toasty in no time. And it was way cheaper than it expected! He will definitely be our heating and cooling guy from now on. Could not he happier with the service and price. Thank you!!
We were very pleased with Burns Heating company. Nate went out of his way to find us a new part quickly and he drove a distance to get one at a better price and quicker than ordering. He was prompt and professional and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be using him for all of our future hvac needs. Come April we want him to help us get our old non-working central air system working again or replacing it. I'm confident he will give us the best possible options. So glad that we found him.

When the furnace acts up on a Sunday afternoon, visions of dollar signs flash through your mind. I called Nate and he talked me through a quick temporary fix. Ha came the next morning and quoted a new system. He quoted several options for replacing the 27 year old furnace and AC. The quotes were very competitive and the new system was installed very quickly. Nate's workmanship is outstanding. I highly recommend Burns Heating and Cooling!

Woke up to a chilly morning without heat. Gave a call to Nathan and he was out to the house in 30 minutes and had the furnace going again ASAP (luckily it was nothing too serious) fix was quick and got me on with my day in no time.
Another great repair from Burns Heating and Cooling! Thanks Nate Burns. We feel so lucky to know such an honest, affordable HVAC repair person. He made the repair about 3 hours after we let him know we had a problem! 9:00am and *BOOM* problem solved. AND, just like when our AC conked out last summer, he had the part we needed right there on his van.
Nate worked with me and went out of his way to get a brand new system installed. Got everything setup in a day. A pleasure to work with and would recommend to anyone needs help.
Nate came out on a Saturday. When our A/C was unfixable he gave us a quote on the spot. Tuesday turned into Monday and he got us back up and COOL again ASAP!!! Excellent work, great price, outstanding guy! Look no further for your HVAC needs!!!!!!
Our air conditioning went out today, on the hottest day of the year. Nathan at Burns Heating and Cooling quickly responded to our call for service even though it was a Sunday afternoon. Within minutes the problem was solved. Thanks for the great service Nate!
