Jeff repaired our AC. He explained all details of the problem and finished the repair in a timely manner. Very professional-highly recommend! Knochelmann is the only company to use for heating and air products and services! Justin handled our ac service, did a great job. Refreshing to find someone who is knowledgeable and caring! Highly recommend Knochelmann and Justin.

We had an issue with water pressure and a separate issue with our tankless water heater. Brennan was prompt, courteous, and took the time to troubleshoot before diagnosing the problem. He came back in two days to fix the issues. We are pleased customers.

Matt and Angel arrived at the specified time. They were professional and thorough and went over and above what was required. They taught me how to use the new thermostat for the new AC and furnace, and taught me how to turn the gas on and off. They were still here when Duke Energy came to check for a gas leak. Great customer service. Thank you!

The techs that did such an outstanding job today are Matt D. and Angel S. They arrived on time to replace our 27 old A/C. that failed us on some of the hottest days we've experienced so far this summer. They completed the installation of the new, more efficient equipment and our home is returning to a cool and more livable temp. as I'm typing this. Both of them were polite, courteous and professional at all times and that's in spite of encountering unexpected hurdles and sweltering temperatures. I thank both of them and Knochelmann's for getting it done!
When our water heater broke this morning, the company fit me in during our emergency. Brennan and Kelly were tremendous in quickly removing the old tank and replacing with a new one. Much appreciated and fully recommend Knochelmann.

Update: Jeff just left after completing the work on my AC and I have ice cold air now. Just wanted to shout him out again for the great and thorough work that he does!!! Jeff and Jon were great. I have been having issues with my AC not blowing cool air and I have had multiple techs from other companies out who did not try to solve the issue. Jeff and Jon were determined to figure it out and they did! I’m so thankful they came out to help and were so thorough.
Bryan Weber provided great service today. Tracked down a wiring short that was tripping breaker on furnace fairly quickly. He was on time, called me 30 minutes on advance, and very professional. The service call was very reasonable and my AC is working again

We had Robert H. Come and service our unit. He was wonderful and very professional. We had some issues with our furnace, but they were not urgent. He wasn’t pushy at all and recommended that we keep an eye it. Great service!!
