Real nice staff
OVERPRICED AND OVERCHARGED!!!! CALLED FOR SERVICE APU TRIPAC OIL CHANGE; SERVICE GUY PROVIDED ESTIMATE $400( 2 HOURS LABOR AND PARTS)......APU TRIPAC REQUIRES LESS THEN 1 GALLON OIL; WHILE , I USUALLY (SPEEDCO) SPEND $500-$600 FOR OIL CHANGE FOR MY TRUCK WHICH REQUIRES MIN. 9 GALLON OIL.....

I had a coolant leak and my reefer shut down on me . I called the service on a Sunday afternoon and was told to come to the shop. The technician Joe D’Amico shows up quickly with his service truck and proceeded to repair the reefer quickly. He changed my water pump that was defective and got me rolling in no time. Joe D’amico is a very friendly, Humble and an excellent professional tecninician. The credit card machine was down that day and I went to get some cash and Joe waited there patiently until I retourned with cash. Again thank you Joe D’Amico and the entire team of transport specialist
Way to expensive and gave them a call before arrive them and after the repair in 30 min they charge me 2 hour min. Fee plus call out fee 170 but I came at they shop and they told me over phone someone is always here So why call out fee?? And they never told over phone they charge 2 hour min after repair they told this . Never reccommended . When try to talk to them they are like you can leave trailer here and talk to boss in the morning . Came in at 5:45 repair done at they started around 6:30 finished at 7pm
I called last night to check if they can help me with my Reefer. Reefer need little more of 404A. and she told me come at the morning. I come at 6:35AM , then they open at 7::00AM. The guy with big beard (sorry I didn’t look his name) told to move truck to the yard. I explained him what is the problem. Hi called some lady and she refused service with explaining that they are booked for a week. I told her that I’m from AZ not from Richmond,OH and I need just add 12-16 oz of 404A. So on the end NO SERVIS PROVED..No help at all. I come to this location because I read all good reviews, but get totally different experience. Totally disappointed.
First off I want to say thanks to Mike for getting me worked in. The dude is very professional and polite. He didn't have to get me in but tried to help. I would recommend this place to all. I def will come back here if I need anything else. Thanks Mike for a job well done. . Need more people like you
I purchased my Tripac APU from them 11 years ago, and they've consistently kept it in tip-top shape since. Their prices are reasonable, and the workmanship is consistently good.
Very respectful polite people They get the job done in a fast and efficient manner. I always bring my reefer to them because I know they will get it done in no time. Thank you for all the hard work you do for truckers.
I was stop twice it’s amazing !!
This place was great. I called with a good size oil leak in the refer. They had me up and going the next afternoon! If you're in the area. I highly recommend them.
