Just had Roy out to my house to fix my AC that went out yesterday. As a first time home owner I was nervous about the process, but this guy was so patient, easy to talk to and very professional. Highly recommend these guys and Roy to anyone looking to have their heating or cooling repaired.
Roy F. was very friendly and professional. It would appear that he really cares about his customers and the company. He was knowledgeable and helpful about suggestions for units future preventative maintenance and protection for the winter. Little gems of information go along way and I appreciate it. I feel so impressed by him that I requested him for my next routine service call. So if you are looking for someone who is a quality individual Roy is the man.

Roy came out in March and did a thorough check to our furnace. He found a critter nest that could have been there for a while as the last couple techs didn’t even open the panel. I was about to give up on Service Experts but feel that Roy was their saving grace. I definitely feel that we got what we paid for with the service plan….finally. Alonzo came out today for a repair call. Thankfully he had an opening since the weather is turning cold. He was super professional and so kind. He worked hard to diagnose why we had no heat. He also found a critter nest…thankfully it was outside!! He resolved our issues in a timely manner and our house is already warming up. Both of these men are definitely an asset to Service Experts and have restored my faith in the company after a few techs that seemed to always do the bare minimum. I always delayed scheduling my appointments because I was afraid of who they might send. From now on I will be asking specifically for either of these fine men! Thanks guys! (Sorry I didn’t get a picture of you Alonzo! 🤣🤣) 5 Stars for both men without a doubt!

We purchased our furnace a little over a year ago after we called to have Service Experts out for an emergency call on our old furnace. Gary our service man came out and as we looked at our options after he looked our older furnace we decided to purchase a mew one with a heat pump snd whole huose air conditioning.( I have to add this here our house is 123yrs old , we have no ducts at all upstairs so thats a 1/2bath whichI use to get ready this is important to have no airconditioning in this room or our bedroom also upstairs was a sticking point for me , also no duct into the main bathrooom downstairs either ,no heat or air ,we didnt have it but I thought we'd get it if we ever bought all of this )So Ihad reservations about spending this much money we liked Gary snd he was explaining this that made sense plus , yhus is important we would get a 👉$1500 rebate OK that helps , new everthing air-conditioning , a air purifier whole house , heat pump $1500 rebate 👈 We get their Advantage Program seems like overkill but we gt that too . At first things were weird the furnane we bought is not the one thats installed , its a better one , they yold us and I looked it up ,it was so OK ,Gary checked in after a week to see if we got our rebate , no not yet , its pretty early Lmao little did I know ...We Have Never gotten it . I know Im skipping past some important points like tbe fact that we have excellent credit, never missed a payment So no readon to think that today when I woke up to a chilly house that anything was amiss , I turned the heat up from 68 to 69 , a bit later I realized my hands are stiff ( arthritis) this doesnt normally bother me so I check the thermostat its down to 64 , I text my hhsband asked him what to do but I'm not alarmed yet ,it's 2:30 on Fri. afternoon we have a brand new furnace and 24/7 365 service just like the ad says , Right ???? Pat gets home by 4:30 starts calling for a repairman to come out , I guess he was supposed to feel comforted by
Roy was the technician that came out to perform our routine maintenance. He was fantastic! He was very professional and explained what he found with our unit and gave options for fixing. We have been customers for many years now. Highly recommended!

Very pleased with service provided. Technician (Dustin) was at house almost one hour after calling to report issue with furnace and ask for professional help. Dustin came out, diagnosed the issue, and fixed the problem with our older gas furnace. Dustin was very professional and helpful the whole while. A genuine good guy too.
Roy was diligent in diagnosing and repairing my furnace. The furnace ended up needing two separate repairs which required 2 separate replacement parts. He ordered and got the first part within a day, which revealed when installed the second malfunction. Again, the 2nd part was obtained within a day, and the repair completed. I appreciated Roy’s tenacity in finding and solving the issue. He was friendly, polite, and professional.
I had my complete Heating and AC system replaced. I called 4 places for estimates, and Brian, the branch manager gave me the estimate the same day I called. He was very personable, no pressure, and knew his stuff quite well. The other companies were higher in price (by over $1000), not as responsive, and one knocked the competition and used scare tactics. I chose Service Experts because they were best in every aspect that I think is important. Matt and Jeremy did the installation and they were very good also. They got everything up and running on day one, and then returned the next day to install my humidifier and UV system. They explained everything, made sure I was ok with it all, and cleaned everything up even better than it was before they came. They showed up on time and not only was everyone from their company professional, they were also real and down to earth. They went above and beyond with everything from the estimate to the completed installation. Jeremy even ran a wire through the wall for me when he was pulling the HVAC stuff through, so I can pull through a TV antenna cable. It would have been a big job for me, but because of him, is will be an easy task for me later in the spring. Good guys! All of them!
Had some issues with my 3 month old furnace. I contacted Service Experts and Roy was the technician that came to my rescue. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. He was able to get the parts I needed and got the furnace running. Thanks so much Service Experts and Roy.
We had a furnace issue and Brian and Roy came a few hours later. They diagnosed the problem and were able to find the parts in stock at a Lennox dealer. They explained everything that needed to be done. Roy came back and installed the new fan motor and inducer. The furnace is working fine. We’ve dealt with Service Experts for 12 years and are very pleased with their service. Roy was very nice and thorough and cleaned up. I would definitely recommend Roy and Brian and Service Experts.
