Fixed promptly and accurately
Mark and his team are amazing! Our family has been using and trusting Curry and Johnson for roughy three decades. We have consistently been impressed with their quick and knowledgeable response, attention to detail and high quality work, and overall customer service and pricing. If you are looking for and HVAC company you can trust and rely upon, this is the one! Special thanks go out to Ronny, Frankie, and Chris for all their work on our most recent project - You guys were awesome and kept us joking and laughing throughout you work. Thank you for going the extra mile to make everything look so great…be it crawling through mile high insulation or contorting yourself and snaking into the far corners of the attic…I hope the pizza and cookies were of some small comfort.
I had to have them come a couple of times, and they are always professional and pick up after themselves. They make sure everything works before they leave and if something doesn’t work, they will come back. I live in a townhouse, so I don’t know how much they charge because they bill it to my landlord but I’m sure their prices are pretty good.
Checked on my Mother-in-law 's furnace, the young service man was extremely nice and professional. This company is a True Recommend, they have been a big help to us and Very Trustworthy. You will not be sorry when you use this company. My Mother-in-law Mrs Bias is very pleased with the service ‼️🙏🙏
I was having trouble with my air conditioner and I called Curry and Johnson and they sent someone out to take a look at it. The service gentleman was very polite and was able to fix the problem. They got him out right away to take care of my problem.
Quick efficient and very knowledgeable. And above all one of the most important to me very friendly and courteous.
Installation of two ductless mini split systems was professional and top notch. Curry & Johnson handles the warranty registration and emails the confirmation as soon as the install Curry & Johnson made a believer out of me.
I had a condensation drain from my furnace that was not draining and was backing up into the house. The technician came into the house and just tried to pressurize the drain pipe. With no luck he then had to be coerced to get in the crawl space and find the pipe. He eventually found the end and discovered it frozen. He then tried to pressurize both ends of the drain pipe with no luck. He told me “That’s why pipes are not to be installed like this.” “You’ll have to wait for the ground to thaw.” “You should get a plumber to fix it.” And “I’ve done all I can do.”Then he left after giving me an invoice for $175 and taking my check. Had another company come out same day. After 30 minutes, 4 shovelfuls of dirt, and sawing off the end of the buried pipe, the issue was resolved. Some places are obviously better at fixing issues and taking care of their customers’ needs when they are in a situation they don’t know how to fix. *update* after speaking with their service manager and explaining my situation and hearing their business outlook on servicing I changed review to 3/5. Worth the call if not satisfied or don’t understand why something was done.

My power had been off for 4 days during an ice storm. When the power came back on my heater wouldn’t blow hot air. I called Curry and Johnson at 730am on a Friday. The person answering the phone was very nice and responsive. She said she could get someone out that same day but was unsure of the time. They said they would call when they were on the way. The tech called within an hour and had my heater fixed in less than an hour. They were prompt, polite and thorough. I would recommend to anyone and if needed, use their services again. Thank you!
Professional
Our AC was being all wonky over a weekend so we reached out to numerous places for help. We needed help badly since we have a member on O2 that can’t take the heat. Anyhow- I called at 7:45 in the morning and they had someone there by 11:30 and fixed by 12:30. Blake was very helpful and I recommend this company for being so responsive, helpful, professional, and just plain nice!!

Called around noon and they were out a couple hours later, the tech was very polite, he informed me what was wrong while fixing it, great company!

This is the 4th time I have called Curry and Johnson. They always quickly respond, describe and show me the problem, tell me the cost, then proceed to repair the unit. They are polite, responsible, and never leave a mess. I believe they are genuinely glad to help. Thanks to all of you!
