I just got off the phone with the lady, who answers the phone. I told her that two plus years ago they had done a service call for me and I was having another problem similar to the last time and I was very pleased with their service so I was wanting them to check it out again. She asked my name and then proceeded to tell me that she couldn't find me in the system. I told her possibly my name was spelled wrong and she said I'm sorry, but I think that you are wrong. Then continue to say she didn't have anyone to send out.

I’ve always had a positive experience. They replaced my furnace a couple of years ago. The price was reasonable and I got several options to choice from and they helped me pick the best one. Since then whenever I’ve needed anything like my air conditioning going out they’ve always been there to help.
Dont use them..they will take your money and do no work ..they steal ....less than 1 star..and they are slow to even try to work
I really wish their help desk clerk was more polite. They asked if I was my landlords name and I responded that this was the name of my landlord and gave her my name. She proceeded the remainder of the call saying that "My brain can't process that" and I was not going to be recognized as my own name by her. Apparently telling her that there was a gas leak was not a condition for their workers to be visiting my home. To her, it had to be work on our heating even though the actual issue is in fact a leak in a pipe leading to the furnace. Lastly, it would of been nice for her to let me ask a final question instead of hanging up on me. This kind of behavior would not of been tolerated at my job. I understand if she was having a bad day, but kindness is key regardless of the circumstances when handling calls for your company.
