Very easy to deal with. Prompt service and address all of our issues
On Thursday, around 5pm we called McCoy about a furnace part that we needed to repair our furnace. They were able to locate the part after hours and squeeze us into their schedule the very next day so that we did not have to go without heat throughout the weekend, knowing we had two small boys at home. They called us and kept us updated throughout the entire process and we very pleasant and friendly to work with. We will be using them for all of our future heating and cooling needs!

I have officially switched my business from another company to this one. The other company was going to charge me $1500 to replace two parts in my heater that was not working. I called McCoy and their price to replace the two parts was considerably less. I agreed to have them complete the repair. When the technician arrived (Devin), he took the time to confirm what the other company told me before jumping in to just fix the heater. Turns out neither of the parts needed to be replaced. There was a small fee for the minor maintenance and repair and my heater was working again. Thank you Devin for taking the time to really diagnose the issue and save me a ton of money in the process. McCoy has earned my business for life! I found them to be professional, honest, and knowledgeable.
We had an amazing experience with McCoy Heating and Air Conditioning. Pat and Lori who took my phone call were exceptionally pleasant and friendly. Larry McCoy (owner) happened to be our technician and wow, what great service! Larry was more than prompt - arrived at our home within 30 minutes of our phone call to his business. I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism, knowledge, and kindness of all the employees. We have been home owners for 30 years and I can honestly say that McCoy Heating and Air Conditioning provided some of the best service we have ever had! Thank you, Larry and team!!
I am in the home building industry and have worked with Larry McCoy and his employees for over 10 years. McCoy Heating and Air Conditioning has been servicing the furnace and AC at my own home as well. McCoy just replaced my aging furnace and AC with new equipment and did a great job, as expected. Mike and Tyler showed up when they said they would, were very efficient, professional, polite to my family, and they completed the job in great time. I have and will continue to recommend McCoy Heating and Air Conditioning to any homeowner or contractor needing a heating and cooling contractor for maintenance, service or a new install.
We needed a new furnace and air conditioner. When we called McCoy Heating and Air Conditioning for an estimate. They were by far the better price and were quick and professional when it came time to install everything! I can enjoy the hot summer now that I have a nice cool house.
We were referred by our neighbor to McCoy and we were very happy and satisfied with their service!!! A couple years ago our AC stopped working during a heat wave and within 2-3 hours of our call to McCoy, the owner arrived to inspect our AC. Since our AC was an old unit (15 yrs old) we thought for sure he would tell us to get a new one. Instead, he surprisingly told us we needed a simple part that he had in his truck. He repaired it with that little part within the hour and charged us around $100!!! We were thrilled not to have to replace our AC. Fast forward 2.5 years later and our AC (now 17 yrs old) still has not needed to be replaced, and is working great, thanks to that simple little part and McCoy Heating and Cooling!!
Replaced the HVAC in our home. Larry and his team were great in identifying what was wrong with our old system and expediting an install for us.

McCoy Heating and Air is a rare gem in the HVAC industry!! My A/C finally died after 30 years, which Larry kept alive for the last 15 years. With Larry's guidance we picked a system that wasn't too hot or too cold (sorry Goldilocks) but was just right for our home. We had several additional services added on to the project and he was still more competitive than the two other proposals we received. Having been in the construction industry for over 4 decades, I know good work when I see it. And, it is becoming more rare as time moves on. The tie-in to the duct work is a piece of art!! Rather than using a flexible connection between the air handler and the duct system, they fabricated the trapezoid pieces of sheet metal and a true tradesman did a beautiful job! If you want the right equipment, not necessarily the most expensive, and a top quality installation McCoy Heating and Air is your best choice!!
My air conditioner went out in the spring. I called a popular local company that originally installed it. They sent out a salesman who tried to sell me on a larger unit than I needed for a high cost. I was frustrated and asked a friend and he recommend McCoy Heating. I called McCoy and Larry McCoy, the owner, came out the next day. He analyzed the size of my house and my needs and suggested the best unit for my house. He quoted me a fair price. I agreed and they installed the unit the next day. After installation, Larry stopped by to make sure everything was done right. After a few months of use, I'm thrilled with the performance of the AC unit and with the excellent service provided by McCoy Heating and Air Conditioning. I highly recommend them.
Had 2 homes checked including AC, furnace and water heaters. The technician said owner would follow up with quotes. I have called twice and it has been 6 weeks and still no follow up.
This company doesn’t usually work with water heaters but they were kind enough to help me out anyway. I called needing service soon due to no hot water and Devin came out within 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable and even walked me through the process to help me learn to fix it myself. He even went above and beyond and helped with another issue I was having by giving me advice as to how to fix it and offered to come back for further aid. I will be using them again in the future!
