Basinger plumbing and heating replaced my bathroom toilets. They provided a few choices but the technician was very professional. Always uses shoe covers when coming inside the house. Left the bathroom with no mess. Thank you.
Aaron was amazing last night. He came out on an emergency call for us after moving into our new home with several gas leaks that we knew nothing about. He was here well into midnight to ensure that everything was taken care of and that I’d be able to call dominion to have them turn our gas on. He answered every random question I asked with patience and was extremely helpful in teaching me new things about having gas in our home. We discussed a new AC as well and I truthfully am excited to buy one from such a great company. The bill was also NOT horrible whatsoever for how long, late, and how much work he did. Thank you Aaron for saving the day!!
The plumber arrived 2 hours earlier than scheduled after calling for permission to come early. Great work. Cleaned up after himself. We have contracted with them again for an even bigger job. HIRE THEM. YOU WILL NOT REGRET.
Annual service on all of our equipment and everything was professionally done.
We have Basinger for many years and find them to be attentive, knowledgeable and customer oriented. Most often Ben is our HVAC technician and is very professional and attentive, but these same qualities are with each of the folks we have come in contact with. We feel confident in our annual spring and fall HVAC service and find it of good value to assure we are as ready as possible for the upcoming season. We would recommend to others and have.

We had our AC unit go out last week. Basinger’s showed up and had it fixed and a new fan motor installed in about an hour. Even washed out the unit for us.Great job and a reasonable price.

Basinger initially did a water leak repair, which I was very satisfied with. A few days later, I had an issue with low water pressure. Both visits, they were professional and fixed the problem quickly. I am very happy with the service that was provided.
