Atlas heating has just removed and replaced my heat and air system w/ Armstrong unit, 2 machanics came here on time removed and replaced units in super time. I recommend Atlas Heating for this and other services. I’ve been with Atlas near 40 years never disappointed. Keep up the good work.

We paid for a cleaning, the person can he didn’t clean the duct or he didn’t change the air filter. He just sprayed water on our air conditioner, and left.

I've had Atlas come out and relocate from crawl space to first floor new furnace then following year installation of central air.. both times they did great work and have come out to do the yearly start up cleaning of each unit... never had a issue with any of their service technicians or the job they did...

It started as a service call. The Tech Mike found the system in a state that I couldn't have. Didn't railroad me into a system but took the time to educate me about what would be best for my situation. He treated me fair and didn't give me the run around being a woman. Mike made sure as a Veteran I was comfortable with who came to install in my home. Even after the installation, Mike called to make sure I was happy with everything. Highly recommend having Atlas do the work because they employ tech employees that take the time to be friendly and professional and treat you like real people.

Very poor service, They did a AC cleaning... 25 minutes at the house - 10 of that the tech was in the truck. called to ask what was included the person that answered was Very condescending - I ask him a question and he used a tone in his voice that you would hear from a kindergarten teacher telling the class about how to open their milk. turn the page... fool me once shame on me..... I should have looked at the google reviews

Had Atlas install a new HVAC unit in my home in September 2016. They tied the drain from the humidifier and the furnace together and ran it to the drain. The plastic pipe to the drain became plugged and caused significant water damage in our family room. When I called to complain, they had the wrong name and telephone number with the account. They said I didn't have them do any maintenance on the unit so it was my fault. I was told that they would call to schedule the maintenance but with the wrong contact information, they didn't call until two days after the contact information was corrected.. They have been very difficult to deal with.

Atlas is the same company which is also called A-1 heating. They are the joke of their profession. Do not have these people in your house. The worst f**kin company i have ever dealt with.

No service provided, but they called and asked if I wanted my furnace serviced for the winter. I told them I had someone already lined up, and they just hung up on me. The number came up private on my phone.

Very rude and disrespectful called to try to have them come look at ac unit to see whats wrong with it the guy wouldn't give me a price for the diagnostic and said he wouldn't touch it because they didn't work on it before

Horrible service. They changed a valve on my boiler system, but it doesn't work right. They refuse to come out and fix the problem they caused because they are too busy with "emergency AC installations". The days are warm and the nights are cool. I already paid them around $500. I am a past customer and don't understand the incompetence and then refusal to follow up. This has gone on for over a month. What really fries me is that when I made the first appointment for service, they asked me to change it twice because of other installations and I agreed. Then when the service man finally came out, he was an hour and a half late claiming the office had just called him about 20 minutes before he arrived.. He didn't have the part on hand so we made another appointment. He arrived on time but had the wrong part. More delay. He came back with the part, installed it, and the boiler fired up. However, the valve is wired wrong and the boiler did not shut off. It burned the entire weekend, Monday and Tuesday until I came back on Wednesday to find the temperature was 99 degrees in the house. I called the next day to set an appointment to fix the problem but was put off because of "emergency AC installations". They said they would call me on Monday to set up an appointment. They didn't call. i called on Wednesday and was given the same runaround and they again said they would call the next week. No call. I called on Wednesday and was given the same runaround about "emergency AC installations". When I brought up the fact I was a past customer and just wanted the problem fixed, he said "Good day". and hung up. In summary, I was cooperative in scheduling and rescheduling the initial appointment, they were late for the appointment, the repair was botched, and they refuse to fix it after I have paid them $500. You decide if this is a company you want to do business with.
