My furnace wouldn't stay running, they were out the day I called. I had to call them back within 48 hrs, no charge and was out within hours. Since it was the same issue, we came up with a solution and plan.
I had a new furnace and A/C installed Sherry was very helpful and explained everything very clearly. Tim installed my furnace and A/C and was very professional and very clean. They were on time I told Sherry I might be having surgery and she scheduled my install within a week. Tim had my furnace up and running the first day so I was able to use it. They also installed my Dad's furnace. Very good company to deal with! Highly recommend!!

We've been using them for 9yrs now and are very happy with their quick response and professionalism They are very caring and honest people I've even had them check back with me days after a repair to make sure everything was working good. Highly recommended
We had been assigned this company through Choice home warranty. We waited a week for them to come out and fix our AC unit. They were supposed to come between 11am and 3pm and they never came or called. I called them twice and the warranty company called them twice and they have not returned the calls. If the warranty company assigns this company to you, call them and make them change it to a new company! As you can see if am not the only one with a complain about how unprofessional this company is. I filled a complaint through choice home warranty. Hopefully they will be removed!
Since it's been relatively cool recently, I didn't power up my Central Air until the weekend of 5/23-5/24, It's not cooling my house down. I have a home warranty with Choice Home Warranties, being that they were closed on the Memorial Day Holiday, I called on TUE 5/26 and was assigned to Bob's Home Service Heating and Air Conditioning with an appointment on TUE 6/02, but they told me I can contact the service provider directly to arrange something earlier. I made contact with them on that day as well around 10:00 am. Spoke with Sherry, who told me that they were busy with their "regular customers" and that she would try to fit me in on THU 5/28 or FRI 5/29. I call again the next day, WED 5/27 to confirm some kind of appointment with her, NOTHING. Keeps going to their voice mail. I call daily with no response, I have emailed them, and I have used the CONTACT option on their website. Today is the original appointment, tried to contact them again, NOTHING. Very unprofessional. I would never use them on a voluntary basis.
I was told they did not have a work order from choice home warranty, they did choice home warranty verify that they did ,I would not use them at all ,will not be truthful, I'm without central air for three days now ,the receptionist said she will call back ,they just blew me off ,and of course they are closed but advertised 24 hours service ,but no one answers, use at own risk
Had a 9:00 to 11:00 am appt. nobody showed up! When I called I had to leave a voicemail. Nobody returned my call! Called back and they didn’t know why anybody didn’t show up and said they’d get back to me . Nobody did! They then cut my phone calls to a full mail box. Had my sister call from her phone and they answered. Said they’d call me but never did. They just lost a 6 year loyal customer!
Would never use....very poor service. Had to file a lawsuit to recover my payment to them. They purposely destroyed my AC Unit so I would have to buy another one. Sherry the owner is very unprofessional. Again, never use this contractor or you will be sorry.
Would not use this company again and cannot recommend. Low quality workmanship and owner is rude and unknowledgeable. You'll get more than you bargained for.
Sherry is very rude and cutthroat. Charged for two installers they sent one. Charged for work not completed. Would not return calls when there were complaints. Would not recommend.

Great people and great service, when there was a minor issue they took care of me as well as even fixed my hot water heater that broke the day before the install of my new AC. I would recommend them to everyone.
