Quick response when our hot water heater broke. Very professional and performed great work. Will always use Jackson for our plumbing needs
Our tech went through several possible causes of the AC problem and confirmed the issue before beginning repairs. He walked me through using the new equipment and the app. I appreciate the thorough effort. The home office made the appointment, and also called to offer a tech was available before our appointed time slot. Polite, patient and professional.
Great and fast service. Grover Holden was very knowledgeable and personable. Fixed the issue and explained what he was doing during every step of troubleshooting and repair.

Brandon repaired our main sewer line completely and did not complain even once about what a huge and messy job that was. We are a big fan of his work!
Brandon did great job as always! He helped me pick the right quality faucets for kitchen and installed, cleaned the connecting pipes, he found one of my missing butter knife in pipe as well 😊 souvenir !! Love the Jackson service and people there.
Jerry came to take a look at our lack of ac and found the problems in no time. He fixed a mistake from a previous hvac visit (not Jackson) and advised me ways to improve my systems health and longevity. He answered every question I had, was incredibly respectful and knowledgable and takes pride in his work. Respectfully, I hope we don't need your services again so soon, but I know we are in good hands if so!
Very helpful. Unfortunately, figured out a separate issue that they couldn’t fix as it was the management company’s responsibility.. but they didn’t overcharge us and Matt was not only helpful in any way he could be but professional as well. Since they couldn’t fix the new (or entire) issue they simply only charged us their base service fee. Thanks again Matt and Jackson Comfort. Hope I don’t need you again any time soon!
Phillip is always great. Thorough. Helpful. Informative. I also have good experiences with the “front desk” people who answer the phones. They are always helpful and accommodating. Would recommend this company.
I have used Jackson Heating & Cooling for many years, as did my parents. They have always been wonderful to work with, whether it’s been a new install or maintenance of equipment. My service person, David Evans, did excellent work for me as well. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will never use any other company for my heating/cooling needs! Wholeheartedly recommend Jackson.

Step by step he never stop informing me of what was going on educated me and listened. I wish I would have called Jackson sooner All of my heating and cooling will be from Jackson Comfort. Hands down

Our new furnace, A/C unit, and thermostat were installed by Griffin and team. They were thorough, got the job completed and stayed as long as needed to walk us through the new system. We are pleased with their prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient service

Although it took awhile to figure out our air conditioning issue, Jim was patient and figured it out, ordered a new part, and explained everything very well. Thank Jim.
