Climate-Tech determined that there was a small coolant leak from initial installation. Fixed the issue with no additional charges to me. Technician was extremely professional and personable.

I have had semi annual system checks with Climate tech for many years now and i have always been very satisfied. My most recent one was last Friday. The tech was on time, explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions.
Always on time and professional. Sam is great with our dogs who are difficult so it is a factor when we need service. Have used them for over 20 years.
When our AC stopped blowing cold air I reached out to a number of companies for help. Climate Tech actually answered the phone and was able to schedule an appointment that fit my schedule. Our technician Sam was great, very professional and efficient, she diagnosed the problem and had the AC blowing cold air again within an hour. Highly recommend Climate Tech. Hope we don't have any other issues but if we do they will be our first call.

6/21/23 Manuel performed an air conditioning check at our house. As with the other Climate-Tech employees, he was a very nice person doing a great job. 6/28/21 Kyle did our annual Air Conditioning check. He was thorough and very courteous. Climate-Tech has great people. 11/5/20 Ben provided annual heating checkup. Very prompt and professional. Colleen and Mike went above and beyond to provide emergency service today. I have been using Climate-Tech for years and they always provide prompt, efficient service. Back in the day, when I was looking for an HVAC company, two of my neighbors (particular, picky, demanding; choose your favorite adjective) highly recommended Climate-Tech. I do too.

I had the opportunity to meet Robby one of the plumbers working on air conditioning at a friends home. How courteous and smart and kind. What a gentleman!!! He is an asset to your company. I will tell anyone that needs work done to ask for him!! Good job Robby!!!

I shopped for some time for the replacement of my furnace and air conditioner. After meeting with several other companies and discussing various alternatives I contracted with Climate Tech. The process was very professional. The sales person, Ben, did a great job explaining what I was getting. Then the follow-up and installation process could not have gone better. Both Chris and Avery were extremely cordial and did a great job by getting the heat back on by the end of day one, then cleaning up when the project was completed. I recommend them for any job you might need.

Ben and Kyle fixed the piping in my tankless water heater that was installed by someone else. They took care of the problem right away, cleaned up and were very friendly and efficient. Will definitely call Climate Tech again for any future HVAC maintenance or repairs!
I scheduled my maintenance with this company based on my real estate agent recommendation which we totally trust. Unfortunately workers we worked with were Not professional at all! They supposed to come at 9am but arrived 30 min earlier which was so inconvenient for me and I had lot other things to do.He missed to check dripping noise and when I called to mention it few hours later, now they say they will charge extra $105 for just a trip to check it!!! ???one of the worst customer service ever! Would definitely not recommend them...

Very reliable, Kyle and Kevin trainee very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Recommended potential needs for future, but did not pressure sell. Will continue to do the yearly contract to clean my heating and AC.
Very satisfied with the service and technicians. I cannot comment on value because I haven't used any other company for contracted maintenance services. I haven't had any problems since Climate-tech has been maintaining my HVAC system so I guess I can say it's been a good value.
I can’t say enough about the service! New furnace and new a/c unit. If you want your stuff done great this is the place to go!
