Recieved Stanley Heating and Cooling as a referral when my AC went out. I called one of the local area big names starting with a D... And immediately felt the sales tactics with price checking and sales talk tracks. I'm in sales myself so I can smell it. Through all the price checking from the sales / service tech I knew the quote was going to be outrageous. So I called a family member who worked in the industry and he gave me the number of the manager at Stanley heating and cooling. Keith came out the same day, was very upfront didn't try to oversell and was very professional. There was about a $6,000 difference for the same system. It helps to check around for sure. The installation team was great! They were here on time, professional, communicated well, and clean. I would definitely refer Stanley heating and cooling based on my experience so far. Come to find out all these guys used to work for the competitor that I got the higher quote from in the first place. Whoever stole these guys away, obviously knows how to treat employees right.
Outstanding tearout / installation of water heater and furnace. The two gentleman we're professional,courteous and friendly. If the rest of your staff is like that. You'll have a winning business for years.
Superlative work. They came out and put my new HVAC in on the Fourth of July. Josh H and Isaiah P were the epitome of professionalism. I cannot emphasize how pleased we were with their service. I highly recommend these two employees. Stanley put a great team together. We will use Stanley for all future needs. I intend to join their club for annual maintenance. We intend to work with them and Stanley for any and all future needs.
Josh and Alex installed a new furnace and water heater yesterday in my home and did an amazing job. They were knowledgeable and explained what they were going to do and what was done after and what I need to do when they left to keep my system working in top condition. Not only does the installation look great and works great they also cleaned up everything when they were done. They were here all day and were very mindful to close doors to not let my cats out. I definitely recommend this company and Josh and Alex. Thank you. Bring on the Winter !
The young man's that were here today they finished the job it took them two days they did a beautiful job they showed me the things I needed to know about my new thermostat they showed me how my Equipment Works downstairs my water heater and my new heating system and also my new air condition system. They were extremely very professional and did their work Beyond what was really necessary. But in favor of of a homeowner. Thank you so very much they were very good at their job and I would recommend Stanley air conditioning heating service.

Nathan, came right out checked the inside air-conditioner unit then when to the outside and did his work and came back in and said You're all set and he told me what the problem was and the air is working and set the thermostat .
Gave me a list of options to choose from and were very helpful answering my questions. Very knowledgeable group of people.
We have an old house and only need gaslines to the water heater and furnace. Since we don't use gas for cooking, we decided to have the gasline to the kitchen capped. Sam was friendly and efficient. We are very pleased with the work. We will use them again.
David did a great job servicing A/C. He was knowledgeable,neat and thorough. Checked everything and cleaned unit. Nice work. David was also very personable. SCS has been taking care of my heating and cooling needs for 10 years. They have given good service and were quick to respond if an issue arose. I would highly recommend them. Had an issue with furnace in morning, called and Garner showed up and quickly was able to fix problem. I do appreciate great service. Thanks Sam and Phil did a wonderful job today reseating a toilet, installing new bathroom faucets and supply lines. Also a furnace check up and drain and flush on water heater. Thanks for great service.

Thought I had an issue. They helped me fix it over the phone and ended up it was just a filter issue. Thanks again and I will use y’all in the future!!!!!
We had them move our existing outside A/C unit to another spot. Not a small task. It’s been on our back deck area forever and can be a bit loud. Now it’s out of sight and hearing range!! The guys were GREAT! They worked hard, left the place super clean and were so professional and courteous. The A/C is running smoothly and now we can sit out back and not have to listen to it. Thrilled with the job they did!!
We’re in the middle of remodeling bathroom and kitchen. Sam from Stanley Plumbing has helped with all the plumbing in both rooms. We even had a plumbing manifold added to our home. Sam Mallory is the best! Sam answered our questions, professional and courteous. Sam and his crew also cleaned up before leaving. We recommend this company! Great Job!

Stanley Heating, Cooling and Plumbing are great to work with. I had them give me a second opinion on my A/C system that is 22 years old because the first company that came out were rude and did not explain the condition of my unit to my satisfaction. It was all about the refrigerant that they said was low and that they couldn't help me with. The reps from Stanley showed me pictures of the deteriated parts and showed me in detail the cause of the loss of function of my A/C unit. They gave me my options to repair versus replacement. I chose to replace and was given a great deal (thousands less than the previous company quoted) I can't say enough about the courtesy and respect that I was shown by the Stanley reps. I would recommend them highly.
We had two Stanley technicians out for an A/C inspection. We were contacted about the techs being called on an emergency job and therefore unable to meet our morning appointment, but we were able to move our appointment to the afternoon. We know things can come up unexpectedly and appreciate Stanley offering the option to come later instead of completely rescheduling. The inspection was handled professionally and our questions were answered. Thank you, Stanley!
I was very pleased. Prompt service on a weekend, very informative of the issue and things to do to prevent further issues. I even enrolled for the monthly maintenance plan. This company is a keeper
