Fast & friendly service..
Arrived at 8am and found out they were open earlier just web page was not correct. All individuals there were professionals and took care of problem quickly and kept me informed of problem and solution. Only drawback was drivers waiting area is small. And tv is older and small and satellite TV is lacking channels overall 5 stars no issues. Drivers among arrival entrance is the left side of bldg and door is on far side. Sign states service entrance. This thermoking is one of the best for sure
I had a terrible experience today with Jake, don't ever come here.
I had a freon leak that no other text can find and they found it. Fixed it and got me up and running quickly and the service was outstanding.

Real pros here. We pulled in after hours, called the number on the building and a tech showed up in minutes. Got my reefer fixed and was back on the road in about an hour!

Great location. Facilities are the only limitation here. They work miracles with what they have available. Not enough bays and a week only has 7 days. Chris is a great Leader, Troy is a beast, Chad a genius and Henry keeps the parts coming even though itb feels like Biden Administration could care less about the supply chain we are fighting thru.
They did a good job replacing my alternator in a timely manner. I was back on the road quickly. They are on top of game.
First come first serve. I'm always out before noon. Very friendly staff.
Just watch your own tools because ours came up missing after serves. And our mother board was blown because alternator was not checked very costly

Reefer broke down with a load of meat on. After hours. Called when I was 1/2 hour away, wasn't there waiting more than 5 minutes when Andy showed up. He was a pro and had me going in a short time. Sure is nice to deal with professionals who know what they are doing. Thanks again Andy!
