Our air conditioning went out on a Sunday afternoon. I left a message on Baker's website late Sunday, and they called me first thing Monday morning. The service technician, Schon, had everything back in order by noon!! Schon was professional and friendly, as was the person who made the appointment. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business!!
Need a new hvac and hot water heater. Baker gave us options and explained advantages/disadvantages of both. They provided friendly customer service and we were glad we chose to select them.
After five different quotes coming out to replace our AC furnace system Baker not only had the best quote, they were very professional, kept to their schedule, left the place looking better than it did before they installed everything. Highly highly recommend this company. I also used this company several years ago at our previous residence to replace a water heater. Same best service same best price. KUDOS to Baker.
Employees were professional. Great service and quick turnaround. Had Baker disconnect and reconnect the outside unit while we did some landscaping.
Why sign a service contract with Baker? A/C quit working on Friday evening. Charlie had it fixed by 11am Saturday. This company will take care of you.

Amazing service from Shawn/Sean and the young man he was training. He was super thorough and explained all my questions. I got the maintenance agreement. I have a 17 yr old furnace/AC unit. I needed to know where I am with needing a new one. Darlene in the office is outstanding too! Thanks guys!!!

Last night, I discovered that my home air conditioner was no longer working. Upon several recommendations, I called Baker at 8:30 this morning. Chris arrived at 11:30 and I had a working system by 12:30. His knowledge was top-notch, but his customer service was even better. He took time to explain what he was seeing and did not try to upsell me when he had the chance. In the end, I got service that was quick, accurate, thorough, and very reasonably priced. Not to mention a very clean outdoor unit thanks to Chris. Next time someone asks me if I "have an HVAC guy", the answer will be Baker Heating & Cooling.
Charlie is great! He is very thorough and even came back when I had a minor issue free of charge. I will be using them for all heating and air issues moving forward.

Charlie arrived within 5 minutes of our talking on the phone (we live close, but WOW!). He fixed our AC problem and added some freon and our AC was working WITHIN 45 MINUTES OF FIRST CONTACT. That is exceptional service!
